Hallo Mädls!
In meiner WG wird ab 1.Juni (früher auch möglich) ein großes 23m2 Zimmer frei --gleich am Anfang es ist ein DURCHGANGSZIMMER in einer nichtraucher WG-- wodurch nur Joselyn durchgeht und das war bis jetzt nie ein Problem. Das Zimmer ist wie die ganze Wohnung sehr hell und sonnendurchflutet. Wir haben zwar keinen Balkon aber die Fensterbank ist sehr breit-man kann sich also zum Sonnen quasi ins Fenster setzen ;) Das Zimmer kostet 345€ all inklusive und die Kaution beträgt 690€. Das Zimmer ist teilweise möbliert (Kleiderschrank, Bett, Tisch, Sessel). Keine Ablöse.
WC und Badezimmer (mit Waschmaschine und Badewanne) sind getrennt. Wir haben eine große Küche mit Gasherd und einen großen Vorraum mit Esstisch.
Die Lage ist sehr zentral: ca.7 Minuten zu U4 Pilgramgasse und ca.10 Minuten bis zur U4 Margaretengürtel , 12A fährt 1min von der Haustür entfernt, 14A und 59A sind auch in 5 min zu erreichen und zum 13A geht man auch nur 10 min. Spar, Hofer, Billa, Ströck, Apotheke sind gleich ums Eck und etwas weiter gibts dann auch einen DM und Bipa.
Deine 2 Mitbewohnerinnen wären Joselyn aus Ecuador und Francesca aus Italien -beide 23 Jahre alt und Studentinnen. Beide sind super nett und ordentlich :). Bis jetzt war es so, dass jeder so sein Ding gemacht hat und man sich in der Küche zum quatschen getroffen hat. Es spricht aber auch nichts gegen gemeinsame Aktivitäten auch außerhalb der Wohnung ;)
