Room with beautiful views to Margaretenstrasse, very shinny. Equipped with a bed + pillow + underbed storage, wardrobe, desk, chair, night light, desk light, mirror and night table.
The appartment has an opened kitchen-living room with a sofa. It has owen, dishwasher, kitchen utensils, vitroceramics, microwave, toaster, sandwicher and water heater. The appartment also has washing-machine. The bathroom is pretty big, too :)
The view from the living room is actually pretty cute to the interior part of the street buildings. The sunlight is also really beautiful there.
No elevator :( But that way you fit yourself (we know you've been procastinating on that)!
Great central location. It's on the 5th district but it's found so close to the 4th one, so it has the cool life of Wieden but the quiet of Margareten, a really nice place to live. 15
minutes walking to Karlzplatz, 15 minutes to Mariahilfstrasse, 7 minutes to Nachtmarkt, 1 minute bus stops 13A and 59A, 6 minutes Kettenbruckengasse U4 stop (subway) by Wehrgasse entrance. Really good public transport connections, tram at 10 minutes. Wien train mainstation (Haupbanhof) 15 minutes by bus :)
Supermarkets: Billa and Bipa (1 minute); Spar (3 minutes); Penny (5 minutes); Hoffer (10 minutes)
(our favourite and the cheapest one is Penny ;) )
We had been 3 erasmus girls this last semester but sadly we are leaving :(
We've been super happy in this flat, we decorated in our style and make it a really homie place. It would be really nice to know that the appartment keeps the environment we created there!
