Zentrales WG-Zimmer zur Zwischenmiete Juli und/od August ODER bis Februar

Die Wohnung befindet sich sehr zentral im 5. Bezirk. Man hat wirklich alles in der Nähe, diverse Supermärkte (Billa, Spar, Hofer) sind 3-5 Minuten entfernt. Es gibt auch mehrere süße Parks und Käfige zum Fußball und Basketball spielen. Öffis sind ebenfalls sehr nah, zB die 1er & 62er Bim, Badnerbahn und der 13A sind alle nur 3 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. U4 Pilgramgasse etwa 8min und U1 Taubstummengasse etwa 10min. :)

Ich persönlich find die Lage perfekt, da sie in einer Einbahnstraße liegt, d.h wenig Lärm, aber es gleichzeitig auch sehr belebt ist.

Du würdest mit meinem Mitbewohner Tobi zusammenleben, während ich weg bin. Er ist 23 Jahre alt, Student, und ein echt lieber Mensch.

Ich beschreib einfach mal, wie das WG-Leben bei uns so ist:
Die Atmosphäre ist sehr entspannt und wir unterhalten uns gern wenn wir Lust haben. Wir kochen auch gerne zusammen (vegan/vegetarisch) wenn es für beide passt, was immer sehr lustig ist und dann auch (meistens) echt gut mundet hehe. Manchmal machen wir gemeinsame Putz-Sessions mit lauter Musik und gehen dabei ab hahah. (Wir putzen auch individuell aber manchmal haben wir Lust darauf xD, also ist natürlich kein Muss oder so.)

Der genaue Zeitraum der Zwischenmiete ist flexibel, das können wir dann noch genau besprechen. Sag einfach wann du das Zimmer brauchst in der Nachricht. :)

Vegetarier/Veganer sind am herzlichsten wilkommen, aber falls du das nicht bist, it`s ok, schreib trotzdem gerne. :)

I am looking for someone to stay in my room in July and August OR till February :)

ROOM

Your room is 15 square meters big and very bright. It is fully furnished and has beautiful, big windows (with blinds that can completely darken the room). The bed is 160x200cm.
There’s also a living room, which you can see on the picture, with an open hatch to the kitchen, where you can chill on the couch and do lots of other things. ^^

LOCATION

The location of the flat is amazing. It is very central, everything you need is really near. Grocery stores like Hofer, Billa, Spar are only 2-5 minutes walk away, depends on where you wanna go. The tram 1, 62, the Badner Bahn and the bus 13Aare only 2-4 minutes walk away. U4 Pilgramgasse is about 8 minutes away and U1 Taubstummengasse about 10 minutes.
The flat is based in a one-way street, meaning it’s quiet but central at the same time. I personally love the location of the flat.

FLAT SHARE LIFE

You would be living with my flat mate Tobi, who is really nice and fun to talk to. He is 23 and studies at Uni Vienna. I don’t really know what to write so I’ll just describe what the flat share life looks like:
The atmosphere is very chill and we like to talk to each other when we’re in the mood. We like to cook together (vegan/vegetarian) if we both have time and it always turns out to be tasty. :) Sometimes we do cleaning sessions with loud music while dancing, but that’s not a must if that’s not your thing xD Of course, we clean individually, too.

MISCELLANEOUS

The exact start and end dates are flexible, just let me know what works for you. :)
It would be great if you’re vegetarian or vegan, but it’s not a must at all, so if you’re not, don’t hesitate to contact anyway. :)
