Das Zimmer ist zirka 19 Quadratmeter groß und blickt auf einen Innenhof. Möbel sind vorhanden. Das Zimmer ist gut isoliert und vor allem am Nachmittag scheint die Sonne rein.
Die Wohnung ist ein Altbau mit bequemer Küche mit Esstisch, einem breiten Gang mit Sofa, WC, Bad und den anderen drei Schlazimmern.
Die Wohnung ist im vierten Stock (ohne Aufzug).
Wlan ist im Mietpreis inkludiert.

The room is 18 square meters big. The room would be rented including bed, wardrobe etc. and there is nice (afternoon) sun shining into it.
The apartment is on the fourth floor and besides the other three bedrooms there is a nice kitchen with a dining table, a bathroom and an extra toilet and a spacious hallway with a sofa.
The rent includes also WiFi
Die WG ist sehr gut gelegen, 5 Minuten von der Ubahnstation Pilgramgasse und 2 Minuten von mehreren Buslinien (13a, 57a). Rundherum sind alle Geschäfte die man braucht, Supermarkt, DM, türkischer Supermarkt (Jeden Tag bis 21 Uhr geöffnet). Mit dem Bus ist man in 10 Minuten bei der Mariahilfer Straße, in 15 Minuten beim Hauptbahnhof. Wer gerne laufen geht: man kann schön am Wienfluss entlang bis Schönbrunn laufen.
Pilgramgasse is a very nice location close to the city centre with all necessary shops reachable in a few minutes. Metro line U4 and several bus lines are also only 2-5 minutes from the apartment. Other than that the area is nice in general with many cool bars around.
Hier wohnen Anton, er studiert Psychologie im Master und macht über den Sommer ein Praktikum. Er spielt sehr gerne Gitarre und singt unter der Dusche aber auch überall sonst. Er trinkt gerne alkholofreien Radler und Kaffee.
Robert, ebenfalls ein Psycho-Student und am Ende seines Masters, kocht gerne und ist eigentlich für alles zu haben, besonders für Karaoke. Lea studiert Umweltmanagement, geht gerne auf Raddemos und an die Donau zum Schwimmen oder in den Prater zum Laufen.
Wir kochen alle gerne, machen auch viel gemeinsam, wobei im Sommer immer mal wieder jemand für 1-2 Wochen nicht in Wien ist.
Your flatmates would be Anton, a Psychology student, Robert, also a Psychology student and Lea, who studies Environmental Management. We spend a lot of time together and if you want you would also be very welcome to join us to go to Donau, have a drink somewhere or just spend time together in the WG (or whatever hobby you want to introduce) :)
