Das Zimmer ist vollmöbiliert mit 140 Bett, Kleiderschrank, Kommode, Wandregal und Schreibtisch. Durch das große Fenster ist das Zimmer sehr hell, kann aber durch Vorhänge auch verdunkelt werden. Insgesamt ist das Zimmer sehr gemütlich und obwohl es nicht das größte ist, hat alles was man brauchen könnte mehr als genug Platz.
Ansonsten haben wir eine voll ausgestattete Küche mit Geschirrspüler. Der große Esstisch und das Sofa in der Küche sind sehr einladend. Bad (mit Waschmaschine) und WC sind getrennt.
The room is fully furnished with a large bed, closet, drawers, wall shelf and desk. With the large window, the room is very bright, but can also be darkened by curtains. Overall, the room is very cozy and although it is not the largest, everything one could possibly need has more than enough space.
Otherwise we have a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher. The large dining table and sofa in the kitchen are very inviting. Bathroom (with washing machine) and toilet are separate.
Die Lage könnte kaum besser sein. Die Linien U4, 13A,14A und 59A sind alle in maximal 5 Minuten zu erreichen und bringen einen in kurzer Zeit durch die ganze Stadt. Karlsplatz, Naschmarkt und die MaHü sind alle fußläufig zu erreichen. BILLA und BIPA gibt es direkt vor der Haustür und ansonsten gibt es in der direkten Umgebung auch noch jede Menge schöne Restaurants und Bars für jeden Geschmack.
The location could hardly be better. The U4, 13A, 14A and 59A lines can all be reached in a maximum of 5 minutes and take you through the entire city in a short time. Karlsplatz, Naschmarkt and the MaHü are all within walking distance. BILLA and BIPA are right outside the front door and otherwise there are plenty of nice restaurants and bars for every taste in the area.
Das WG Leben ist insgesamt eher ruhig, da zwei der Mitbewohner auch erst kürzlich eingezogen sind. Insgesamt ist es ein sehr harminisches zusammenleben, in dem jeder auf die Anderen Rücksicht nimmt. Gemeinsame Aktivitäten waren in letzter Zeit eher selten, das ein oder andere gemeinsame Glas Wein oder Bier gab es natürlich aber schon. Wie du das WG Leben dann im Detail gestalten willst ist dir überlassen. Zusammenwohnen wirst du mit Olivier aus Kanada und Raphael und Maxime aus Frankreich. Alle drei sprechen auch sehr gut deutsch und englisch.
Overall, life in the shared flat is rather quiet, as two of the flatmates have only recently moved in. Overall, it is a very harmonic living together, in which everyone takes the others into consideration. Joint activities have been a bit rare lately, but of course there has been the odd glass of wine or beer together. How you want to arrange the WG life in detail is up to you. You will live with Olivier from Canada and Raphael and Maxime from France. All three speak very good German, English and French.
