You will be renting a 18 m2 room in a 90m2 loft-like apartment on the last floor (5th floor with elevator) with balcony and lots of light.
There is a washing machine, a dishwasher and W-LAN.
You'd be renting one of the 2 bedrooms (with use of eat-in kitchen, bathroom, toilet, balcony of course), but actually you will have the apartment to yourself most of the time, since we are living in Italy. Leonhard, conductor, will come to stay for a night or two between travels once or twice a month and the rest of the family (Katharina & 2 small children) come a few times a year for a week approximately.
To make it as clear as possible: you will always have your room and the full use of the apartment, occasionally you will be sharing kitchen, bathroom and toilet with us.
We will always let you know in advance when we will be coming
The piano is in excellent shape, as new, and at your full disposal.
Price: 600€ without heating/electricity.
You will be paying for electricity and gas according to your use.
On the days when are using the apartment as well, we will be taking over the full electricity and heating costs.
The costs will be calculated quarterly.

AB SOFORT Zimmer zu vermieten mit einem KAWAI GE-30 (164 cm Stutzflügel) zur exklusiven Nutzung in einer großen, hellen Wohnung im 5. Bezirk.
Vermietet wird ein 18 m2 großes Schlafzimmer in der 90m2 großen Loft artigen, lichtdurchfluteten Wohnung mit Balkon im obersten Stock (5. Stock mit Lift) mit Waschmaschine, Geschirrspüler und W-LAN. Gemeinsam genützt werden eine große Wohnküche, Bad, Toilette und Balkon.
Allerdings wird der Mieter / die Mieterin die meiste Zeit die gesamte Wohnung für sich alleine haben, da wir in Italien leben. Leonhard, Dirigent, wird ein bis zweimal im Monat auf Zwischenreise im zweiten Schlafzimmer übernachten und ein paar Mal im Jahr kommt die restliche Familie (Katharina und zwei kleine Kinder) für ca. eine Woche. In dieser Zeit würden wir uns die Wohnung teilen. Die Besuche kündigen wir natürlich im Vorhinein an.
Das Klavier ist in sehr gutem Zustand, neuwertig.
Preis: €600 pro Monat exkl. Strom / Gas
Strom bzw. Gas wird dem Mieter / der Mieterin nach Verbrauch vierteljährlich verrechnet. In der Zeit, in der wir die Wohnung mitbenutzen, übernehmen wir die gesamten Strom und Gaskosten.
Besichtigungen sind im Zeitraum 22. Oktober - 5. November oder 22. Dezember - 5.Januar möglich.
