Dein Zimmer wäre ca. 12 m2 groß, größtenteils unmöbliert und ist sehr sonnig. Mit dem Hochbett und den hohen Decken hat man allerdings mehr Platz als bei den meisten 12 m2 Zimmern. Es handelt sich um eine Altbauwohnung, die vor ca. 7 Jahren komplett saniert und renoviert wurde. Die Wohnung liegt im 3. Stock mit Lift.
Das Hochbett, der Schreibtisch, das Regal und die Ausziehcouch bleiben im Zimmer, falls du sie haben möchtest (kein Abschlag).
Im Badezimmer findest du eine Waschmaschine und eine ziemlich große Badewahne. Wir haben auch 2 Waschbecken im Badezimmer. Und das Beste: Einen Geschirrspüler in der Küche.

Your room is approximetly 12 meters squared, (mostly) unfurnished and is very sunny. With the loft bed und the high ceilings you have more room than your average 12 square meter room. The room is in an Altbau apartment that was renovated approximetly 7 years ago. The apartment is on the third floor with an elevator.
The loft bed (not the mattress itself), the desk, the dresser, and the couch will stay in the room, and you can have them if you would like to. No need to pay for them.
In the bathroom you'll find a washing machine and a pretty large bath tub. We have two sinks as well. And the best part? We have a dish washer in the kitchen.
Direkt vor der Tür befinden sich Billa, Apotheke, SPAR, Hofer und ein Bäcker. Die U-Bahnstation Margaretengürtel (U4) und Straßenbahnstation Arbeitergasse sind in 2 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Der sechste Bezirk ist nur ca. 200m Weg von uns entfernt und die Mariahilfestraße ist in nur 15 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar.
In ca. 5 Minuten ist man am Margaretenplatz, von dem die Margaretenstraße mit diversen Restaurants, Kneipen und schnuckligen kleinen Cafés zum Karlsplatz führt. Die Lage ist super 😊

Directly in front of the building you will find a Billa. In the area you will find a pharmacy, SPAR, Hofer, and a local bakery. The U4 station Margaretengürtel and the streetcar station for Arbeitergasse (direct connection to Hauptbahnof) is only 2 minutes away. The sixth district is only 200 meters or so away and Mariahilfestraße is reachable by foot in around 15 minutes or less.
In around a 5 minute walk you'll find yourself at Margaretenplatz, from which you'll find Margaretenstraße mit diverse restuarants, pubs, and cute cafes! The location is super 😊
Wir sind keine Zweck-WG! Wir verbringen viel Zeit gemeinsam in der Küche und normalerweise spielen wir zusammen Schach und andere Brettspiele! Also Bonus Points wenn du auch Schach spielst 😉 Am sonsten ist es natürlich wichtig für uns eine ruhige und offene WG zu haben.
Seit ein paar Wochen lernen Ben und ich Vietnamesisch, wir wollen unbedingt in einem Restaurant auf Vietnamesich bestellen und ein paar Sätze sagen können. Deshalb das vietnamesische Alphabet an der Tafel. Also noch einen Bonus Point, wenn du Vietnamesisch sprichst!

We are not a "one purpose" WG! We spend a lot of time in the kitchen together and normally we play a lot of chess and other board games! So definite bonus points if you play chess 😉 Otherwise it is important for us to have a calm and open WG.
Since a few weeks ago Ben and I have been learning Vietnamese, we would like to order in the language at a Vietnamese restaurant and know a few sentences. That's why the vietnamese alphabet is on the chalkboard in the kitchen 😉 So even more bonus points if you also speak Vietnamese!
Servus! Da unser Mitbewohner umzieht sind wir auf der Suche nach einer bzw. einem neuen Mitbewohner/in für unsere wunderbare 3-er WG im 5.Bezirk.
Du kannst zwischen dem 3. Januar 2022 und 30. Januar 2022 einziehen.
Wir sind Ben (22) und Chris (26). Ich komme ursprünglich aus Kanada und lebe schon seit einem Jahr in Wien. Ich mache mein Masters in Marketing an der WU und arbeite Teilzeit für ein Start-Up. Ben kommt aus Deutschland und lebt ebenfalls seit einem Jahr in Wien. Leider wird auch er die Wohnung in März 2023 verlassen, weil er eine Reise nach Südostasien mit seiner Freundin macht ☹ (Ben: 😊) Deshalb bin ich für Januar und für März auf der Suche nach einer/m anderen Mitbewohner/in!

We are Ben (22) and Chris (26). I am originally from Canada and have been living in Vienna for a year now. I'm doing my Masters in Marketing at WU and working part-time for a start-up. Ben is from Germany and has also been living in Vienna for a year. Unfortunately, he too will be leaving the apartment in March 2023 because he is going on a trip to Southeast Asia with his girlfriend ☹ (Ben: 😊). Therefore, I am also on the search for someone who will take over his room in March 2023!
