Die Wohnung ist vollausgestattet und an sich super aufgeteilt und besteht aus dem zu vermietenten Zimmer und meinem, die beide getrennt voneinander begehbar sind und einem Vorraum, der in Küche und Badezimmer übergeht.
Die Wohnung befindet sich im 4ten Stock eines Altbauhauses, so ist es immer recht hell und hat durch die Lage entweder morgens Sonne in den Gemeinschaftsräumen oder am Nachmittag in den beiden Schlafzimmern. Das Zimmer wird möbliert übergeben (Bett, Nachttisch, Schreibtisch, Kleiderschrank und einem Spiegel).
Da das Zimmer schon gänzlich eingerichtet ist, bietet es sich besonders für Erasmus Internationals an oder für Personen die beruflich ab und zu in Wien zutun haben oder nur ein Praktikum machen.
(Selbstverständlich auch offen für alle anderen!)

The apartment is in itself super divided and consists of my room and yours, which are both separately accessible and an anteroom, which passes into the kitchen and the bathroom. The apartment is located on the 4th floor of an old building, so it is always quite bright and due to the location we have either sun in the morning in the common areas or in the afternoon in the two bedrooms. The room is handed over furnished (bed, bedside table, desk, closet and a mirror).
Since the room is already fully furnished, it is particularly suitable for Erasmus Internationals or for people in general who are looking for a well connected flat in general.
Die Wohnung ist sehr gut angebunden, die Badner Bahn, 62er und die 1er befinden sich fast direkt vor der Haustüre.
Die U4, die 6er Bim und die Busse 13A, 14A und 59A sind ebenfalls in wenigen Gehminuten erreichbar, zum Wiener Hauptbahnhof und Meidlinger Bahnhof sind es mit den Öffis max. 12 min.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, wie Hofer, Billa, Apotheke, Eurospar, sowie Cáfes und Restaurants sind nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt.

The apartment is very well connected, the Badner Bahn, 62-line and the 1-line are almost directly in front of the door.
The U4, the 6-line and the buses 13A, 14A and 59A are also reachable within a few minutes walk. The Vienna main train station and the Meidlinger train station are approx. 12 min by public transport. Shopping facilities, such as Hofer, Billa, pharmacy, Eurospar, as well as Cáfes and restaurants are only a few minutes walk away.
Kurz zu mir, - ich bin vor knapp 4J nach Wien gezogen und habe in der Zwischenzeit recht viel Zeit im Ausland verbracht. Bisher habe ich immer relativ gute Erfahrung gemacht, was das Leben in einer 2er Wg angeht. Ich habe mein Studium bereits beendet und fange nächstes Jahr mit dem Arbeiten an. Ich bin eine ziemlich aktive Person, die sehr gerne Sport macht, wandern geht, es liebt zu reisen oder einfach neue Dinge auszuprobieren. Mir wurde immer gesagt, das ich eine sehr lockere Person bin was das Zsmleben angeht, die für jeden Spaß zu haben ist. Beim Zusammenleben waren mir Sauberkeit immer sehr wichtig, sowie ein umsichtiger Umgang untereinander, eben eine Wohnung in die man gerne nach Hause kommt und in der man sich Zuhause fühlt :)

Shortly about me, - I moved to Vienna 4y ago and spent in between quite some time abroad. So far, I have always had a good experience, as far as living with another person. I just finished my studies and will start working next year. I am a pretty active person who likes to do any kind of sports or generally just trying out new things. I've been told I'm a failry easy-going and open person when it comes to living together. Cleanliness is important to me, as well as a careful interaction with each other, just an apartment in which you like to come home to :)
Die Nebenkosten könnten weiter runtergehen, das erfahre ich aber dann erst gegen Ende Dezember.
Es wäre möglich schon ein paar Tage früher in die Wohnung einzuziehen.

The incidenteal charges could go down a little bit, but I won't know until the end of December.
It would be possible to move into the apartment a few days earlier.
