Suche eine/n Mitbewohner/in für 6 Monate (März bis September) für das große, helle Zimmer in der 2er WG, in der sehr schönen Zeinlhofergasse, 1050.
Die Wohnung ist ein denkmalgeschütztes Haus in einer der schönsten und ruhigsten Straßen Wiens. Das Zimmer ist 20 m2, mit großem Fenster, hat sehr schönen Blick auf die Straße. Weil das Gebäude in einer Sackgasse liegt, ist es immer sehr ruhig, und besonders im Sommer, sehr sehr angenehm mit offenen Fenstern.
Das Zimmer ist möbliert, und wird auch mit den Möbeln vermietet. Bett, Couch, Kleiderschrank sowie Schreibtisch + Stuhl sind vorhanden, die in recht gutem Zustand sind.
Die Küche ist recht groß für zwei Personen, Waschmaschine, Geschirrspüler, Mikrowelle, Backofen ist vorhanden. Badezimmer, mit Badewanne.
Und es gibt auch einen gemeinsamen, sehr schönen Innenhof, wo man an warmen Tagen im Grünen sitzen kann. Es ist auch sehr schön für angenehme Abendessen mit Freunden :)

Looking for a roommate for 6 months (March to September) for the large, bright room in the 2-person shared apartment, in the very beautiful Zeinlhofergasse, 1050.
The apartment is a historic listed house in one of the most beautiful and quiet streets in Vienna. The room is 20 m2, with large window, has very nice view of the street. Because the building is located in a dead end street, it is always very quiet, and especially in summer, very very pleasant with open windows.
The room is furnished, and is also rented with the furniture. Bed, couch, closet and desk + chair are present, which are in quite good condition.
The kitchen is quite large for two people, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, oven is available. Bathroom, with bathtub.
And there is also a common, very nice courtyard, where you can sit in the greenery on warm days. It is also very nice for pleasant dinners with friends :)
Die Wohnung liegt in einer ruhigen Sackgasse, zentral im 5. Bezirk. Perfekte Anbindung an die U-Bahn (5 min bis U4, Kettenbrückengasse/ Pilgramgasse) oder an Busse (5 min bis Linien 12A, 13A, 14A).
- 15 min zu Fuß zum Karlsplatz oder zur Mariahilferstraße.
- 15 min zum Schönbrunnpark (mit der U4)
- 6 min Fußweg zum Filmcasino

Ich bin Sinem (24), Masterstudentin der Architektur an der Technischen Universität Wien und arbeite nebenbei in einem Architekturbüro. Ich reise gerne in sonnige Länder und gehe mit Freunden in neue Cafés und Bars in der Stadt. Für interessante kulturelle Veranstaltungen, gutes Essen und lustige Orte bin ich immer zu haben :)
Da meine Mitbewohnerin für ein halbes Jahr ins Ausland geht, suche ich eine neue nette Gesellschaft in der Wohnung. Mit einer ordentlichen Wohnatmosphäre, respektvoller Kommunikation, gibt es nichts, was wir nicht schaffen können :)

I'm Sinem (24), a master's student of architecture at the Vienna University of Technology and I work part-time in an architecture office. I like traveling to sunny countries and going to new cafes and bars in the city with friends. I am always up for interesting cultural events, good food and fun places :)
Since my roommate is going abroad for half a year, I am looking for a new nice company in the apartment. With a proper living atmosphere, respectful communication, there is nothing we can't manage :)
