Da ich und meine Freundin aus der WG ausziehen sucht mein 17m2 großes, ruhiges Zimmer in einer 4er WG von jungen Berufstätigen ab September eine/n neue/n NachmieterIn :)
Die WG mit Richard (32J) und Joyce (27J) ist sehr herzlich. Ab Oktober kommt Selin dazu. Es wird gern spontan miteinander (vegetarisch) gekocht, Essen geteilt, über Gott und die Welt philosophiert, musiziert, oder Outdoor Sport gemacht (Lauren, Wandern, Klettern, Radeln, Yoga, Skifahren..). Die WG versteht sich als keine reine Zweck-WG aber andererseits machen auch alle ihr Ding und man respektiert die jeweilige Privatsphäre.
Gegen Ablöse wäre im Zimmer verbleibend ein Bett (140cm breit), eine ausziehbare Couch, ein kleiner Tisch, Einbauschränke und (eventuell) ein Bücherregal.
Ein weiteres Feature der WG ist ein gemeinsamer Balkon, der über eines der anderen Zimmer begehbar ist. Mit seiner Lage Richtung Südosten eignet er sich perfekt für ein Brunchen in der Sonne oder für einen chilligen Hang-Out am Abend.

Since me and my girlfriend are moving out of our lovely flatshare my room with 17m2 in a cosy, calm and centrally located apartment is up for rent from September onwards :)
Richard (32J) and Joyce (27J) are not only amazingly nice and charming people you want to live with, but are also great vegetarian cooks, enjoy singing and playing music, having philosophically and socially engaging discussions, and doing outdoor sports (running, climbing, biking, Yoga, skiing..). Selin is gonna join in October.
The room faces South-East and for a one-off payment can be handed over furnished with a bed (140cm wide), built-in closet, extendable couch, small table and (possibly) a book shelf.
Another feature of the apartment is a cute balcony that can be accessed via one of the other rooms. Facing South-East it is a perfect spot for sunny brunch times or chill evening hang-outs.
Die Lage ist top: 2 Minuten Fußweg bis zur U4 Margaretengürtel und den Straßenbahnlinien 6/18. Der Bruno-Kreisky-Park liegt beinahe vor der Haustüre. Mit dem Fahrrad ist man entlang des Wienflusses zügig am Karlsplatz (10 Min.), in der Innenstadt und in ca. 25 min. an der Donau. Auch das Schloss Schönbrunn ist innerhalb von 10 Min. zu erreichen.
Hofer, Billa, Apotheke, Bäckerei sind ebenfalls in weniger als 5 Min. Fußweg zu erreichen. Die Reinprechtsdorfer Straße mit zahlreichen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Cafés und Restaurants ist auch gleich ums Eck. Die wohl günstigste Tiefgarage im Zentrum Wiens liegt in Steinwurfweite am Hundsturm.

The location is great: 2 minutes walking distance to the U4 Margaretengürtel and the tram lines 6/18. The Bruno-Kreisky-Park is almost in front of the door. You can quickly reach Karlsplatz (10 min.), the city centre and the Danube in about 25 min by bike. Schönbrunn Palace can also be reached within 10 minutes.
Hofer, Billa, pharmacy, bakery are reachable within less than 5 min. walking distance. Reinprechtsdorfer Straße with its numerous shops, cafés and restaurants is also just around the corner. In 2 min. walking distance you'll find the cheapest parking garage in the center of Vienna (Hundsturm).
In unserer WG leben Joyce (27J) und Richatd (32J) und haben vielschichtige Interessen und Hobbies: Musik, gemeinsam kochen und musizieren, Outdoor, Sport, Kultur und auch gerne mal eine Diskussion über Gesellschaft, Politik und Nachhaltigkeit. Wir sind berufstätig, ernähren uns hpts. vegetarisch und würden uns über jemanden freuen, der einen vorwiegend geregelten Tagesrhythmus pflegt.
Wir haben eine Putzroutine, machen gelgentliche Kochabende oder mal Freizeitunternehmungen zusammen und verstehen uns als keine Zweck-WG. Gleichzeitig schätzen wir Privatsphäre und Eigenständigkeit. Wir heißen alle Kulturen und Nationalitäten willkommen!

In our flatshare live Joyce (27y) and Richard (32y) and have diverse interests and hobbies: music, cooking and making music together, outdoor, sports and culture. We also like to have discussions about society, politics and sustainability. We have regular jobs, eat mostly vegetarian and would be happy to welcome someone who maintains a predominantly regular daily rhythm.
We do not want a purely purposeful shared flat, but are looking for anyone who would like to contribute to a pleasant shared flat life. At the same time, we value privacy and independence. We welcome all cultures and nationalities!
