Kleines helles und gemütliches Zimmer ist zu vergeben. Das Zimmer ist möbliert mit 180x200 Bett , Schreibtisch, Regal und Schrank . Mit Blick auf den Park es ist ein ruhiges Zimmer mit keinem Straßenlärm.
Bei der Wohnung handelt es sich um eine Altbauwohnung mit hohen Wänden. Im Bad ist eine große Eckbadewanne vorhanden,
das WC ist separat. Wasch- und Spülmaschine sowie gängige Küchengeräte, wie Toaster oder Mikrowelle gibt es ebenfalls.
In der Miete sind alle Nebenkosten, sowie Internet, enthalten.

The apartment is an old apartment with high walls. In the bathroom there is a large corner bathtub, the toilet is separate.
Washing machine and dishwasher as well as common kitchen appliances, such as toasters or microwaves are also available. The
rent includes all utilities, as well as internet.
Die Lage ist sehr gut. Die U1 Taubstummengasse ist nicht weit, U4 Pilgramgasse ist zu Fuß auch leicht erreichbar.
In direkter Nähe sind der 13A und
die 1er Straßenbahn. Supermärke, Apotheke und Fitnessstudio sind alle in unter 5 Minuten zu erreichen.
Am Hauptbahnhof ist man mit dem 13A in unter 10 Minuten und zu Fuß in 15.
The location is very good. The U1 Taubstummengasse is not far, U4 Pilgramgasse is also within easy walking distance. In the
immediate vicinity are the 13A and the 1er tram.
Shops, pharmacy and gym can all be reached in under 5 minutes. At the main station you are with the 13A in under 10
minutes and on foot in 15.

In unserer WG sind alle berufstätig, weshalb wir keine große Party-WG,
Besucher:innen sind aber immer herzlich willkommen und können bei Bedarf auch gerne ein paar Nächte bleiben.
Ein wöchentlicher Putzplan sorgt dafür, dass das Chaos nicht überhandnimmt, so streng nehmen wir es aber nicht immer. ͧͨͩͪ
Paola (27, bassist) and Emanuel (34, Engineer) are both open and nice . Since we all have jobs, we're not throwing a lot of parties, but visitors are always welcome and can stay a few
nights.
A weekly cleaning schedule ensures that the chaos does not take over, but we do not always take it so strictly. ͧͨͩͪ
