Kleines WG Zimmer in schöner, heller Wohnung

Hallo Leute,
Wir sind am 01.03. in unsere neue Wohnung eingezogen und suchen für das dritte Zimmer ein/e neue/n Mitbewohner/in. Das Zimmer ist 9 m2 groß und bekommt sehr schönes Tageslicht ab. Einen großen Kleiderschrank würde es direkt im Flur geben, sodass keiner im Zimmer notwendig ist. Die Wohnung ist eine Maisonette Wohnung. Auf der ersten Ebene sind zwei Zimmer und eine Toilette. Auf der zweiten Ebene ist das Wohnzimmer, Küche mit Loggia und einem Bad sowie dem dritten Zimmer. Das Haus ist im 5. Bezirk auf der Reinprechtsdorferstraße. Jegliche Einkaufs- und Imbissmöglichkeiten befinden sich direkt um das Haus herum. Das Viertel ist an sich sehr lebendig mit vielen Bars und Restaurant in Fußreichweite.
Die Verkehrsanbindungen sind super. S-Bahn (5min) sowie die U4 (10 min) sind zu Fuß gut erreichbar und bringen dich erstmal überall hin, wo es weitergeht. Vor allem die S bahn ist super für die Danauinsel im Sommer.
Da mein Mitbewohner und ich von der letzten Wohnung zusammengezogen sind, kennen wir uns schon sehr gut und haben ein freundschaftliches WG-Verhältnis. Es wäre super, wenn die dritte Mitbewohner/in nicht auf eine Zweck – WG aus ist, sondern auch ein gemeinsames harmonisches WG Leben schätzt. Mädi (25) studiert Bildungswissenschaften und ist ein vorzüglicher Koch mit den besten Currys. Ich, Marcus (25), studiere Geographie und arbeite Teilzeit. Ich treffe mich viel mit meinen Freunden und wenn das Wetter passt, setz ich mich auch mal aufs Rad und dreh eine Runde oder geh im Park um die Ecke Tischtennis spielen. Zwar haben wir unseren eigenen Tagesablauf, trotzdem wird so gut wie möglich was unternommen. Unser WG-Leben besteht aus dem typischen gemeinsamen Kochen, Brettspiele und hier und da zusammen in Bars bzw. feiern gehen. Am Abend kommen auch mal Freunde vorbei und wir sitzen zusammen und quatschen einfach. Du kannst mir gerne schreiben, wenn du Bock hast uns kennenzulernen und dir die Wohnung anzuschauen. Man kann die Wohnung noch so gut anpreisen, am Ende zählt, dass du dich hier wohlfühlst. Wir freuen uns dich kennenzulernen.

We moved into our new apartment on 01.03. and are looking for a new roommate for the third room. The room is 9 m2 and gets very nice daylight. There would be a large closet right in the hallway, so none is needed in the room. The apartment is a maisonette. On the first level are two rooms and a toilet. On the second level is the living room, kitchen with loggia (balcony) and a bathroom and the third room. The house is located in the 5th district on Reinprechtsdorferstraße. Any shopping and snack possibilities are right around the house. The neighborhood is very lively in itself with many bars and restaurant within walking distance.
The transport connections are great. S-Bahn (5min) as well as the U4 (10 min) are within walking distance and take you everywhere you need to go. Especially the S bahn is great for the Danauinsel in the summer.
Since my roommate and I moved in together from the last apartment, we already know each other very well and have a friendly WG relationship. It would be great if the third roommate is not looking for a purpose - WG, but also appreciates a common harmonious WG life. Mädi (25) studies educational science and is an excellent cook with the best curries. I, Marcus (25), study geography and work part-time. I meet up with my friends a lot and when the weather suits me, I sometimes get on my bike and go for a spin or play table tennis in the park around the corner. Although we have our own daily routine, we still do things as much as possible. Our WG-life consists of the typical cooking together, board games and here and there going to bars or parties together. In the evening friends come over and we sit together and just chat. You can write me if you want to meet us and have a look at the apartment.
