from July 1st onwards there is 1 room available in a beautiful shared apartment in the 5th district in Gassergasse.

The apartment has 3 bedrooms in total. The rooms are fully furnished and ready for you to move in right away. There is also a fully equipped, shared kitchen with a big dining table to enjoy some meals toghether, a storage room and a beautiful bathroom with a shower and a toilet.

- the room is 21 m²,
-the rent is 670 € per month including heating and electricity and internet

-the deposit is 2 months rent each
-no smoking and no pets allowed
-the contract can be cancelled after a minimum stay of 12 months within a 2 months notice.

Es gibt auch eine voll ausgestattete Gemeinschaftsküche mit einem großen Esstisch, um gemeinsame Mahlzeiten zu genießen, einen Abstellraum und ein schönes Badezimmer mit Dusche und einer Toilette.
-Das eine Zimmer ist 21 m² groß
-Die Miete beträgt 670 € pro Monat inklusive Heizung, Strom und Internet
- Die Kaution beträgt jeweils 2 Monatsmieten
- Rauchen verboten und keine Haustiere erlaubt
-Der Vertrag kann nach einem Mindestaufenthalt von 12 Monaten unter Einhaltung einer Frist von 2 Monaten gekündigt werden.

The apartment is just around the corner to the tram Nr. 1 and 62 station Kliebergasse and Laurenzgasse. There are a lot of shops close by on Wiedner Hauptstraße. You will also reach the Hauptbahnhof within a 15 minutes walk.

Die Wohnung befindet sich gleich um die Ecke zur Straßenbahn Nr. 1 und 62 Station Kliebergasse und Laurenzgasse. Es gibt viele Geschäfte in der Nähe auf der Wiedner Hauptstraße. Den Hauptbahnhof erreichen Sie in 15 Minuten zu Fuß.

At the moment 3 peaolpe are living there, but 2 of them are moving out by the end of June. A very nice ukrainian woman, 45 years, will still be living there.
The apartment is being kept very clean all the time

Zur Zeit leben 3 Personen in der Wohnung. 2 ziehen epr Ende Juni aus. 1 sehr nette ukrainische Frau,45 Jahre, bleibt weiterhin dort wohnen.

Die Wohnung wird immer sehr sauber gehalten.
