Für unsere wunderschöne, großzügige 2-Zimmer Wohnung im 6. suchen wir jemanden der zunächst zwei Monate einzieht. Das Zimmer ist groß und hell, hohe Decken, Fischgrätenparkett und Doppelfenster, und ist mit allen notwenigen Möbelstücken ausgestattet. Küche mit Geschirrspüler, großes Badezimmer und ein noch größerer Balkon an die Küche anschließend.
We are looking for someone to rent a room in our beautiful, spacious 2-room apartment in the 6th district.
The room is large and bright, high ceilings, herringbone parquet and double windows, and is equipped with all necessary furniture. Kitchen with dishwasher, large bathroom and an even larger balcony adjacent to the kitchen.
Die Lage ist super. Supermärkte, Bars, Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe. Donnerstags gibt einen Markt vor der Tür und fantastische Pizza. Die Gumpendorfer Str. mit allen möglichen Geschäften etc. ist direkt neben der Wohnung, genau wie die Bushaltestelle. 8min zur U-Bahn und Tram. Mariahilfer Str., Westbahnhof, Naschmarkt und Museumsquartier sind fußläufig zu erreichen.
The location is great. Supermarkets, bars, restaurants are in close proximity. On Thursdays there is a market in front of the house and fantastic pizza. Gumpendorfer Str with all kinds of stores etc is right next to the apartment, as is the bus stop. 8min to the subway and tram. Mariahilfer Str., Westbahnhof, Naschmarkt and Museumsquartier are within walking distance.
In dem anderen Zimmer wohnt Mette. Sie arbeitet Vollzeit und studiert nebenbei noch Translationswissenschaft im Master.
Mette lives in the other room. She works full time and is also studying translation science for her master's degree.
Es ist möglich, dass das Zimmer über die zwei Monate hinaus zu mieten ist. Das klärt sich aber erst noch.
It is possible that the room can be rented beyond the two months. But this is yet to be clarified.
