Das 18m² große Zimmer befindet sich im 3. Stock in einem 50er Jahre "Neu"-Bau, hat aber eher Altbau Charakter mit hohen Decken und altem Dielenboden. Es grenzt an Bad und Küche an, auf der anderen Seite der Küche ist dann mein Zimmer.
Bett und Kasten würde der Vormieter da lassen, falls du Möbel brauchst, es kann aber auch unmöbliert übernommen werden. Die Sessel un der Tisch gehören zur Wohnung, und können sonst auch im Keller verstaut werden.
Das ganze ist über einen Vorraum mit großem Kasten mit Garderobe verbunden, wo du auch etwas Stauraum nutzen könntest. Ansonsten gibt es in der Wohnung noch eine geräumige Küche und Bad + extra WC (mit Fenstern). Die Küche hat vom Geschirrspüler bis zur Mikrowelle alles was man braucht. Die Wohnung liegt komplett Nordseitig, dadurch bleibt es Sommer angenehm kühl. Im ruhigen Innenhof kann man sein Fahrrad abstellen.
Die Wohnung ist privat vermietet, und wir haben beide direkt einen kurz gehaltenen Vertrag mit dem Vermieter.

The 18m² room is on the 3rd floor in a 50s building, an old building character with high ceilings and old floorboards. It is adjacent to the bathroom and kitchen, and my room is on the other side of the kitchen.
The previous tenant would leave the bed and wardrobe if you need furniture, but it can also be taken over unfurnished. The armchairs and the table belong to the apartment and can otherwise be stored in the cellar.
The whole thing is connected via an anteroom with a large wardrobe, where you could also use some storage space.
The apartment also has a spacious kitchen and bathroom + extra toilet (with windows). The kitchen has everything you need, from a dishwasher to a microwave. The apartment is completely north-facing, so it stays pleasantly cool in summer. You can park your bike in the quiet inner courtyard.
The apartment is privately rented, and we both have a short contract directly with the landlord.

Du wohnst zusammen mit mir, Andreas (29), ursprünglich aus dem Mostviertel in Niederösterreich.
Ich bin schon einige Jahre in Wien und seit einem guten halben Jahr in dieser Wohnung. Da es meinen derzeitigen Mitbewohner nach Innsbruck zieht, bin ich auf der Suche nach einer würdigen Nachfolge ;)
Ich beginne bald mit meiner Masterarbeit an der TU Maschinenbau, und arbeite Teilzeit auf der Uni.
Ich würde mich als recht unkompliziert und offen beschreiben, für Plaudereien / gemeinsame Unternehmungen grundsätzlich zu haben, ist aber kein muss. Meistens gehe ich es zu Hause ruhig an. Ich gehe gern auf Konzerte, und spiele auch hie und da in einer Surf Music Band Bass (keine Sorge wegen lautem Üben, immer mit Kopfhörern).
Ansonsten hab ich recht normale Hobbys wie Freunde treffen, Videospiele, Lesen und so gut es geht Krafttraining :D

You live with me, Andreas (29), originally from Lower Austria,
I've been in Vienna for a few years now and have been living in this apartment for a good six months. As my current flatmate is moving to Innsbruck, I am looking for a worthy successor ;)
I will soon be starting my master's thesis at the TU Mechanical Engineering, and I work part-time at the university.
I would describe myself as quite uncomplicated and open-minded, always up for a chat / joint activities, but this is not a must. Most of the time I take it easy at home. I like to go to concerts, and I also play bass in a surf music band from time to time (don't worry about practicing loudly, always with headphones).
Apart from that, I have pretty normal hobbies like meeting friends, playing video games, reading and strength training.
The best way to get to know each other is in a personal conversation on site or online ;)
