The flat is a total of 130 m² and is on the first floor in beautiful Mariahilf. We have a big kitchen with everything you need including two fridges and a dishwasher , a big hallway, a small guest room (laundry room), a bathroom (bathtub, shower, toilet, washing machine) and a second toilet (no emergencies). Your future room has 17m2 with two large windows and a great window-surface ratio. Also there is plenty of room for wall art!
I would like to sell/give away some of the furniture, specifically the desk, the two standing lamps, the nightstand and the big closet. That means the room would be partially furnished, but we can discuss this in person if you have interest in the furniture.
Die Wohnung ist insgesamt 130 m² groß und befindet sich im ersten Stock im schönen 6. Bezirk. Wir haben eine große Küche mit allem, was du brauchst, einschließlich zwei Kühlschränken und einem Geschirrspüler, einen großen Flur, ein kleines Gästezimmer (Waschküche), ein Badezimmer (Badewanne, Dusche, Toilette, Waschmaschine) und ein zweites WC.
Dein zukünftiges Zimmer ist 17m² groß, hat zwei große Fenster und ein tolles Fensterflächenverhältnis. Außerdem gibt es viel Platz um allerlei Kunst an die Wand zu hängen!
Ich würde außerdem gerne einige Möbel dalassen, insbesondere den Schreibtisch, die zwei Stehlampen, den Nachttisch und den großen Schrank. Das bedeutet, das Zimmer wäre teilmöbliert, aber wir können das persönlich besprechen, falls du Interesse an den Möbeln hast.

The location is just great! You are close to the city center and right on the edge between the 6th and 7th district. It’s particularly nice for people who enjoy going to nice bars, restaurants and cafés, as you are basically surrounded by them. On top you are within walking distance to four cinemas, a whole array of supermarkets, post office and other shopping possibilities on Mariahilferstraße. At the same time it's a residential area next to an elementary school and the street is super quiet. The U3 Neubaugasse and the U4 Kettenbrückegasse and Pilgramgasse are 5 min away as well as three different buslines (13A, 14A, 59A).
Die Lage ist einfach großartig! Du bist nah am Stadtzentrum und genau am Rand zwischen dem 6. und dem 7. Bezirk. Es ist besonders schön für Leute, die gerne in nette Bars, Restaurants und Cafés gehen, da du praktisch von ihnen umgeben bist. Außerdem sind fußläufig vier Kinos, eine ganze Reihe von Supermärkten, die Post und andere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten auf der Mariahilfer Straße erreichbar. Es ist aber trotzdem sehr ruhig, da die Wohnung in einem Wohngebiet ist, in dem kaum Autos fahren. Die U3 Neubaugasse und die U4 Kettenbrückengasse und Pilgramgasse sind beide 5 Minuten entfernt, ebenso drei verschiedene Buslinien (13A, 14A, 59A), mit denen du super schnell durch Wien kommst.

You would have two super awesome flatmates Magda (32), an architect turned real estate project manager who produces her own podcast in her free time and Jung-hee (32), an environmental scientist who procrastinates by baking delicious sweets. As we are internationals, we speak English together. We are looking for an easy-going and friendly person who enjoys the benefits of living together, but respects privacy. We often sit together in the kitchen and enjoy each other's company and from time to time we cook, work-out, or watch movies together and have discussions about the world. So we want to be more of friends living together rather than strangers sharing a flat out of necessity.
We also care about a clean flat and would prefer a person who is happy to join in and shares that feeling, as well as someone who plans to stay for longer.
Du hättest zwei super tolle Mitbewohnerinnen: Magda (32), eine Architektin, die sich zum Immobilienprojektmanagerin umorientiert hat und in ihrer Freizeit ihren eigenen Podcast produziert, und Jung-hee (32), eine Umweltwissenschaftlerin, die gerne backt, um die Prokrastination zu versüßen. Wir sind international und sprechen deshalb Englisch in der WG. Da wir . Wir suchen eine unkomplizierte und freundliche Person, die die Vorteile des Zusammenlebens genießt, aber auch respektiert, wenn man sich mal zurückziehen will. Wir sitzen oft zusammen in der Küche und kochen, trainieren oder schauen von Zeit zu Zeit zusammen Filme und diskutieren über die Welt. Wir suchen also eher eine Person, die Interesse an einem freundschaftlichen Miteinander hat, anstatt an eine Zweck-WG. Du solltest im Idealfall unseren Wunsch nach einer sauberen Wohnung teilen und vorhaben, länger in der WG zu bleiben.
