Hey,
we are G & G. Gasper is active in creative fields, was born in Slovenia and is 27. Gisi is studying to become a midwife, is 29 and is from Lower Austria.
We are looking for a flatmate , because our current flatmate will move to England at the end of May. So the room will be availabe at the beginning of June.
Our flat is in Gumpendorfer Straße on the first floor. The windows are facing the street, but it’s not too noisy. The underground stations Gumpendorfer Straße (U6) and Margaretengürtel (U4) are really close, To get there it takes approximately 5min and 7min on foot. There are also 2 trams, 6 and 18, and the bus 57A close by. The flat has 65m² and 3 rooms. The one availabe now is 10m². The rent is 300 euros per month in total, including everything (gas, electricity, water, internet…). If you want you can use the furniture you see in the pictures, only the cupboard does not exist anymore, but I have another similar one, that you could have. In case you want to bring your own furniture, that’s fine too. What you should know is that the shower is in the kitchen, separated by a sliding door. We don‘t have a living room, but a table in the corridor, where we can eat.
We also have two nice yards with trees and a table to sit. Sometimes we have breakfast or lunch there.
Sometimes we have dinner together and are happy to chat and update each other when we see us, but we also give each other space, when we need it.
