Wir (beide m, 30) suchen ab 01.03. ein/e neue/n Mitbewohner/in. Das Zimmer ist 16 m², hofseitig, hell und ruhig. Die Wohnung besteht aus 3 Zimmern (3er WG), neuer Küche, Klo und einem kleinen Bad. 2 Minuten von der U4 Pilgramgasse, 12A, 13A, 14A. 5 Minuten zur Gumpendorferstraße und 10 Minuten zur Mariahilfer Straße (U3 Zieglergasse). 2-3 Minuten zu Spar, Billa, DM, Bipa, 10 Minuten zu Hofer. 5-10 Minuten zu einem regionalen Obst- und Gemüseladen und Unverpacktladen.
Wir sind zwei Freunde und wünschen uns deshalb KEINE Zweck-WG. Wir arbeiten beide Vollzeit, weshalb wir unter der Woche Ruhe vorziehen. Manchmal kochen wir zusammen, unternehmen etwas mit (gemeinsamen) Freunden oder schauen einen Film. Rückzug und Ruhe sind uns genauso wichtig wie bei einem Getränk in der Küche über alles Mögliche zu Reden. Insgesamt sind wir aus dem „Partyalter“ draußen, gehen aber (sofern das die Situation zulässt) auch noch auf Konzerte/in den Club. Wir sprechen beide fließend Deutsch und Englisch, eine Person auch Türkisch.
Die Miete beläuft sich insgesamt auf 345 Euro.

We (both m, 30) are looking for a new flat mate from 1st of March onwards. The room is 16 m², window to the courtyard, bright and quiet. The flat consists of three rooms (3 person flat), a new kitchen, toilet and a small bathroom. It is 2 minutes from the U4 Pilgramgasse, 12A, 13A, 14A. 5 minutes to Gumpendorferstraße and 10 minutes to Mariahilfer Straße (U3 Zieglergasse). 2-3 minutes to Spar, Billa, DM, Bipa, 10 minutes to Hofer. 5-10 minutes to a regional greengrocery and zero waste shop.
We are two friends and are therefore not interested in a person for the purpose of living. Both of us work full-time, that is why we prefer some quite time during the week. Sometimes we cook together, meet friends or watch a movie. „Retreat“ and silence are as important to us as sitting together in the kitchen, sipping a drink and talking about all sorts of things. All in all we are not „party folk“ anymore, but sometimes go to concerts/clubs. We are fluent in German, English and one of us in Turkish.
Rent is 345 Euro in total.
