Hallo ich heiße Hannah und suche eine*n neue*n Mitbewohner*in in meiner gemütlichen 2er WG im 6. Bezirk.
Das Zimmer ist ca. 15m² groß und durch die Dachschräge und Fenster auf die sehr ruhige Wohnstraße besonders kuschelig. Ein großer und praktischer Ikea Pax Kasten (mit Spiegel) würde im Zimmer bleiben und bietet ur viel Platz um deine Dinge zu verstauen. Die restlichen Möbel (Schreibtisch, Regal und Matratze) sind von meiner aktuellen Mitbewohnerin die ausziehen wird und können von dir gegen eine Ablöse übernommen werden, müssen sie aber nicht - am Besten wir machen uns das dann einfach aus :)
Die Wohnung ist recht groß und ist auf 2 Stockwerke aufgeteilt. Es gibt 2 Wohnzimmer (oben und unten), 1 Badezimmer mit Badewanne + Dusche + WC (oben) und noch ein WC (unten). Im Wohnzimmer unten gibt es gut Platz für Home-Workouts und Yoga und auch ein Klavier auf dem du gerne spielen kannst :)

The room is about 15m² big, has a window onto a quiet street and is very cozy. A big Ikea Pax Wardrobe (with a mirror) would stay in the room and has lots of space for you to store your clothes and other things in. The other furniture (desk, shelf and matress) belong to my current flatmate who is moving out and if you want to keep them, you can buy them from her, but you don't have to - let's just talk about that then :)
The flat is quite big and has 2 floors. There are 2 living rooms (upstairs + downstairs), 1 bathroom with a bath + shower + toilet (upstairs) and another toilet (downstairs). The living room downstairs has enough space for home workouts and yoga and a piano which you are more than happy to play on :)
Die Wohnung liegt in einer ruhigen Wohnstraße und hat auch Fenster und einen Balkon in den grünen Innenhof des Hauses. Die Ubahnstation Pilgramgasse ist 5-7 Minuten entfernt und auch auf die Mariahilferstraße ist's nicht weit (10-15Minuten je nach Gehgeschwindigkeit). Hofer, Billa, Spar, dm, Bipa, Disco Volante und generell ur gutes Essen ist in unmittelbarer Nähe und auch mit dem Fahrrad kommt man von hier super schnell überall in Wien hin.

The flat is located in a quiet street, but on the other side has windows and a cozy balcony onto the green garden/yard of the building. The metrostation Pilgramgasse (u4, 13a, 14a) is only 5-7 minutes away (on foot) and Mariahilferstraße is also very close (10-15 minutes on foot). Supermarkets, shops, restaurants are all in the area and you can reach any place in Vienna pretty quickly by bike from the flat due to its central location.
Ich bin Wienerin, arbeite Vollzeit und liebe Pflanzen und Musik (übe aber nicht regelmäßig Gitarre und Klavier). Seit den ganzen Lockdowns mache ich sehr gerne Yoga zuhause und habe auch das Fermentieren für mich entdeckt (aber keine Angst, es stinkt garnicht). Ich bin phasenweise sehr viel unterwegs, aber verbringe auch gerne Zeit zuhause, wo mir ein gemeinschaftliches und harmonisches Zusammenleben wichtig ist.
Die Wohnung hat viele Gemeinschaftsräume, bei denen du dich mehr als gerne auch bei der Gestaltung miteinbringen kannst (freue mich schon darauf!) und wir können uns auch einen gemeinsamen Putzplan überlegen, damit wir uns hier beide zuhause fühlen.

My name is Hannah, I am from Vienna, work full-time and love plants and music (I don't practice regularly though). All the past lockdowns have made me love doing Yoga at home and ferment vegetables (don't worry, it's not smelly). There are times when I am out and about a lot, but I do love being at home and it is really important for me to get on well and live together harmoniously.
The flat has many communal areas which you are very happy to co-decorate and add your personal touch, and we can work out a cleaning-routine together, so that we both feel at home here :)
