The flat is 130 sqm and on the first floor. We have a nice kitchen with everything you need (including several coffee-brewing appliances) and two fridges (super nice!) a big hallway, a small guestroom, a bathroom (bathtub, shower, toilet, two sinks) and a second toilet (no emergencies 🤭).
Your future room is a spacious 17m2 with two large windows and a great window-surface area ratio. It's also quite sunny as it's a south-west facing room. There is plenty of space for wall art!
I would like to sell/give away furniture, particularly the bed, which is in excellent condition and was purchased new 9 months ago. There is also a desk, 2 lamps, a night stand, office chair, and closet for hanging clothes. This means the room would be furnished, but we can discuss this in person if you plan to bring your own furniture.
This is a great location if you're looking for a place in the city center and the 6th and 7th district. Also very nice for people who don't want to cross half the city to get to a nice bar, restaurant, cafe, bc here you are surrounded by them (awesome for lazy people bc you never have to go far away from your flat anymore). At the same time it's a residential area next to a elementary school, so the street is very quiet. The U3 Neubaugasse and the U4 Kettenbrückegasse and Pilgramgasse are all 5 minutes away by foot. Moreover there are 3 different bus lines (13A, 14A, 59A) within 2 minutes walking distance. There are also plenty of grocery stores nearby.
With a heavy heart I will leave Vienna and this wonderful flat in November 2022. That's why I'm looking for a new tenant for my room. You would have three super awesome flatmates Magda (30), Jung-hee (30) and Camille (31), all young professionals (nice to go for a beer or ice-cream to complain about work) and we are looking for an easy-going and friendly person who enjoys the benefits of living together, but respects also privacy.
We have a very friendly flat share. We often sit together in the kitchen and enjoy each others company. From time to time we cook, work-out, have discussions about the world and watch movies together. We share the burden of keeping the flat clean and would prefer a person who is happy to join in (enjoys housekeeping as much as we do).
