A nice group is looking for someone to move into a lovely cosy room.
The room is part of a 100 m² Altbauwohnung. It is around 9.5 m² and furnished.
It is available from the 1st of September.
The rent is 352 euros including EVERYTHING ( electricity, heating, internet)
Kaution is 750 euros.
The WG is in a super central location:
Gumpendorferstraße (U6) is a 2 minute walk
Westbahnhof (U3) is a 5 minute walk
Margaretengürtel (U4) is maybe 7 minute walk
Trams (Bim) 6 & 18 stop in front of the house
Lidl is just around the corner (literally on the corner), and Mariahilferstraße is just around the other corner.
Hofer and Spar are within a 5-minute walking distance as well.
The best addition to the room is your flatmates:
Kathi, Jorge and Hannah.
Kathi is from Austria and she is studying Law while working at the university. She is a motivated, energetic happy person who loves dancing, especially Salsa, and Kizomba. She is the Mama of the WG- taking care of the WG and us. Besides dancing, she does Kickboxing, Yoga, and she always has time for a nice chat.
Hannah is from Austria and she is studying architecture at the FH campus wien. She is a super cute and fun girl and likes to do sport sometimes, like hiking, biking and climbing bit also lives a night out with friends. Doesnt matter if its a bar a club or chill at home.
Jorge is from Spain and he is a very open, cool and funny person who is always up for chats about any topic. If you are looking for someone to go party with, he is your person. He is also really sporty and energetic, goes to the gym regularly and works full-time.
It's a pleasure to be around the vibes of Kathi, Jorge and Hannah.
It's not rare that we chill in the kitchen while sipping on some wine and talking. This is definitely not a Zwecks-WG as there is always something going on. We really like to spend time with each other: going out, having home parties, cooking or having game nights.
As you can see we are all very open and social people, therefore, we are looking for someone with similar interests. :)
