We are a very friendly flat with 4 flatmates in a large apartment (110m²) right in the heart of Vienna by Karlsplatz. The historic building (Jugendstil/Art Nouveau) features all the typical style elements that old Vienna is known for: very high ceilings, wooden parkett floors, decorative elements, a small balcony off the kitchen, while the kitchen, WC, and bathroom with bath and shower are renovated.
Your room is a very bright 25m², unfurnished €498/month. Deposit: €1050. The apartment is free from January 2023 or February, for either a long-term rental.
If you feel you would be a good match, please write us with some information about yourself and why you prefer to live in a shared apartment. We will be happy to meet you and show you the flat. Looking forward to hearing from you!

Die Wohnung ist sehr zentral nahe Karlsplatz gelegen und in einem belebten und trendigen Stadtteil! Der öffentliche Verkehr ist in 3 Minuten Nähe : U1, U4 und viele Straßenbahnen und Busse. Ganz nahe: die Akademie der bildenden Künste, die TU, der Naschmarkt und in 7 Minuten Nähe ist das Museumsquartier und viele Restaurants,Theater, Bars, Konzerthäuser etc.
The apartment is extremely central; the U1,U4 stop at Karlsplatz, several trams and busses and you can walk to the Technical University, Art Academy, or Naschmarkt in 2 minutes. The Museumsquartier is not much farther away, as are the concert halls and many theaters and cool cafes and trendy restaurants.
Nun suchen wir eine/n neuen Mitbewohner/in, die gerne gemütlich mit uns zusammen wohnen möchte. Wir suchen eine Person mit WG Erfahrung, die auch Interesse für einen gemeinsam Austausch hat, bei Gelegenheit gemeisam ißt und verantwortungsvoll gegenüber der Wohnung bzgl. Sauberkeit und Instandhalten ist.
