Das Zimmer ist schön, ca. 25m² groß und gerichtet auf eine ruhige Einbahnstraße. Die hohen Decken und der Fischgrät-Parkett des Altbaus verleihen dem Zimmer und der Wohnung einen Wiener Charme.
Die Wohnung besteht aus drei großen Schlafzimmern, einer Abstellkammer, einer Küche, einem Badezimmer und WC. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet mit allem Drum und Dran, sogar Geschirrspüler.
The 25 qm room faces a small and quiet street. The high ceilings and the herringbone floors gives the room the typical Viennese old building charm.
The apartement consist of tree big bedrooms, a storage room, kitchen, bathroom and a separate toilet. The kitchen is equiped with everithing you will usually need, icluding a dishwasher!
Die Wohnung befindet sich im schönen 6. Bezirk. Die U3, U4 und U6 sind alle in 5 min zu Fuß erreichbar. Sonst sind auch die Buslinien 13A, 14A 57A und Bim 6 und 18 in der Nähe.
Billa, Spar, Hofer, Lidl und die Mariahilferstraße sind ein paar Gehminuten entfernt.
In der Nähe befinden sich auch nette Bars und Restaurants, sowie genügend Unterhaltung.
The apartement is located in the beautiful 6th district. It is very well connected to the public transport , the U3, U4 and U6 are at ca. 5 min walking distance , the buses 13A, 14A, 57A and trams 6 und 18 are all in the near vicinity.
Billa, Spar, Hofer, Lidl and the Mariahilferstraße are all reached on foot easily so are the many nice bars and restauraunts.
Deine Mitbewohner*innen sind Gamze 31 und Martin 35. Wir haben es gerne unkompliziert und entspannt.
Martin ist ein ewiger Architekturstudent und arbeitet 4 Tage die Woche im Büro. Er geht ab und zu bouldern und spielt gerne Schach.
Gamze ist eine tolle Chefköchin (leider kocht sie zuhause nur selten :)), ist gerne Unterwegs und auf Reisen wenn es sich gerade ausgeht.
Leider vermissen wir ein Wohnzimmer, dafür hängen wir gerne in der Küche ab. Gleichzeitig ist es uns wichtig, dass sich jede*r zurückziehen kann. Wir wünschen uns ein harmonisches Zusammenwohnen.
Your future flatmates will be Gamze 31 and Martin 35. We are quite uncomplicated and easygoing.
Martin has been a forever Architecture student and also works as an architect 4 day a week. From time to time, he goes bouldering and he enjoys playing chess.
Gamze is a head chef at a nice restaurant and she is usually out and about or is traveling when the time allows it.
Sadly we do not habe a living room but we usualy hang out in the kitchen. As we both work quite a lot it is also important for us that everyone ist able the have a quiet time in their room when needed.
