Bei uns passiert einiges in der WG:
Wir bieten:
- Ein Zimmer 1 (teilmöbliert bis Ende Juli), 35qm groß, das am 01.04 frei wird
- Ein Zimmer 2 (unmöbliert), 15qm groß, das auch am 01.04.23 frei wird (Miete: 438€)
Zimmer 1 ist sehr riesig und sehr hell, derzeit nur teilmöbliert verfügbar (bis 1.08.2023 wenn du möchtest, dann unmöbliert).
Zimmer 2 ist nicht riesig, aber gemütlich und verfügt über eingebautes Hochbett, sonst hast du vollen Gestaltungsspielraum zum Einrichten.

Die Wohnung hat sehr viel Charme und ist nicht nur im 6. Bezirk bekannt ;) Vor allem in der Küche kann man wunderbare Abende verbringen. Schwarz-weiße Kacheln geleiten einen in den restlichen Teil der Wohnung, wichtige Leute sind über das Parkett getanzt und die Wände erzählen Geschichten, sagt man.

We are looking for a new flatmate :)
We offer:
- A room 1(partly furnished until July), 35sqm, which will be available on 01.04.
- A room 2 (unfurnished), 15sqm big, which will also be free on 01.04.23.
Room 1 is very large and bright. Currently only partially furnished (if you want until 1.08.2023, then unfurnished).
Room 2 is not huge, but cosy and has a built-in loft bed, otherwise you have full freedom to furnish it.

The flat has a lot of charm and is not only known in the 6th district ;) Especially in the kitchen you can spend wonderful evenings. Black and white tiles guide you into the rest of the flat, important people have danced across the parquet floor and the walls tell stories, they say.
Die Lage ist optimal. Bus und U-Bahnen sind in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen (57A, 13A, 14A, U3 und U4).

Wir sind Marcela und Jonas,
Jonas (29) ist quasi mit dem Medizinstudium fertig und arbeitet nebenbei beim Radiologen. Derzeit wohnt er noch in dem großen Zimmer, wird aber zum August ausziehen und die Welt bereisen.
Marcela (29) ist fertig mit dem Psychologiestudium, studiert nun Internationale Entwicklung. Da sie dabei scheinbar nicht ausgelastet ist, arbeitet sie noch nebenbei, engagiert sie sich politisch und hat vor kurzem das Rappen für sich entdeckt. Ach ja und sie boxt und 20 andere Projekte vor ihr hab ich jetzt vergessen.
Wir sind wirklich keine Zweck-WG sind und freuen uns über einen herzlichen und offenen Austausch und Unternehmungen. Wir wollen, dass alle sich wohlfühlen und in der WG zuhause fühlen können. Deshalb ist es uns wichtig, dass wir uns auch immer wieder darüber austauschen und übereinander wissen um aufeinander achten zu können und Rücksicht zu nehmen. Sauberkeit ist uns in jedem Fall wichtig :)
Wichtig: Im Haus befindet sich unsere Stammkneipe, Mirandabar. Dort wurde ein Drink nach Jonas und Marcela benannt.

Openness, camaraderie and friendliness are important to us. This is not just a crash pad, we hope that potential new residents will be interested in living together. You would live together with Marcela and Jonas.
Jonas (29) is almost finished with his medical studies and works part-time at a radiologist. (Practical, if you need a quick MRI appointment. "Jonas likes to play table tennis and can show you great cafés and bars in the area. :)", said a former flatmate. I, David, your previous tenant, have never seen him play table tennis though. He plays guitar, likes to read, is interested in culture. A great roomie!
Marcela (29) has finished her psychology studies and is now studying international development. Since she seems to be not fully occupied with that, she works on the side, is politically active and has recently discovered rapping. Oh yes and she boxes and 20 other projects of her I have now forgotten.
We want everyone to feel comfortable in the WG, which is why we pay attention to cleanliness.
Important: In the house is our regular pub, Mirandabar. There a drink was named after Jonas and Marcela.
Ich hoffe wir haben euch einen kleinen Einblick gegeben alles andere dann einfach direkt, dass ist meistens eh entscheidend :) Wir freuen uns auf eure Anfragen und möchten uns direkt auch entschuldigen, falls keine Rückmeldung von uns kommt. In jedem Fall euch noch viel Erfolg bei der WG Suche!
