I'm looking for a new flatmate for a small but nice room in my flat:
Your room has approx. 15 sqm with wooden floor and a big window facing the courtyard.
A wardrobe and curtains will be provided.
We'll share the kitchen (with dishwasher!), bathroom (with washing machine) and a small storage room.
The flat is a little "retro" with 80s style colors ...
Costs:
Rent will be €485 per month (including gas, electricity, internet, household insurance, boiler maintenance), the deposit is €970.
Die Lage ist unschlagbar, wir sind zirka 2 Minuten vom Volkstheater entfernt.
In der Innenstadt ist man also
schnell zu fuß, ansonsten ist die ubahnstation Volkstheater (u3) nur wenige minuten entfernt, genauso wie 13A, 48A und straßenbahn 49, 46, auch die ringlinien sind in ca. 5 minuten zu erreichen. Auf Hauptuni oder Campus ist man in 15 Minuten.
Außerdem alle vorteile des 7. Bezirks: unendlich viele lokale und shops, neubaugassen- und mariahilferstraßennähe, museumsquartier, spittelberg usw.! Spar und Hofer gibt es ums eck, ca. 8 Minuten zu Fuß ist ein Spar der auch sonntags offen hat!

The apartment has the perfect location – everything you'll need is only a few minutes walk (U3, 13A, ring trams, city centre, Museumsquarter, Mariahilferstraße, lots of supermarkets, shops and restaurants).
Zu mir:
- Ich bin 36 (berufstätig + musikerin)
- da ich sehr viel unterwegs bin, läuft es erfahrungsgemäß eeeher auf eine Zweck-WG hinaus
- da ich mich aus medizinischen Gründen streng glutenfrei ernähren muss, solltest du bereit sein, in der Küche ein paar (einfache) Dinge zu berücksichtigen und nur dein eigenes Geschirr zu nutzen!

I'm 35 and working a full time job and I am a musican. Usually I'm quite busy and not at home a lot, so if you are looking for a community with shared activities and parties, this flat is NOT for you ;-)
Since I have to follow a strict gluten free diet for medical reasons, you should be willing to accept a few (simple) rules in the kitchen (strictly keeping our food and kitchenware separate - you will need your own!).
Besichtigungen sind abends oder am Wochenende möglich!
