Da ich ab Neujahr ein Auslandssemester mache, wird mein WG-Zimmer frei!
Das Zimmer ist 20 m² groß und wird voll möbliert vermietet. Die Einrichtung ist auf den Fotos zu sehen. Das Zimmer hat Fenster Richtung Westen und liegt im 3. Stock, man bekommt also auch im Winter etwas Sonne :)
Die restliche Wohnung wird mit einem Mitbewohner geteilt und zeichnet sich durch eine große Wohnküche aus. Die gesamte Ausstattung bleibt in der Wohnung also brauchst du nur deine persönlichen Sachen und gute Laune mitnehmen :)
Der Mietpreis ist "All-Inclusive". Das heißt: Miete, Strom, Heizung, Wasser, Möbelmiete etc. ist mit den 690 € abgedeckt. Dich erwarten also sonst keine Kosten!

As I'm going abroad for a semester starting from New Year's, my shared apartment room will be available!
The room is 20 m² and comes fully furnished, as seen in the photos. It has west-facing windows and is located on the 3rd floor, so you'll get some sun even in winter :)
You'll be sharing the rest of the apartment with one roommate and it boasts a spacious living kitchen. The entire setup remains in place, so you'll only need to bring your personal items and a great attitude :)
The rent is all-inclusive, covering rent, electricity, heating, water, furniture rental, etc., all for €690. So, there won't be any additional costs for you!
Gute Lage im 7. Bezirk! Direkt vor dem Haus sind Haltestellen von Bus 48A und Straßenbahn 5. Die U6 Thaliastraße ist in 5 min erreichbar. Supermärkte und alles was man braucht sind in Gehweite erreichbar (Nächster Billa 2 min zu Fuß, Spar und Hofer sind auch in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar). In der Nähe gibt es auch einige nette Bars und Cafes und auch Fortgeh-Lokale sind zu Fuß gut erreichbar.
Die Straße ist untertags aber auch nachts oft belebt und dadurch auch sehr sicher. Aber in der Wohnung merkt man vom Lärm so gut wie nichts!
Great location in the 7th district! Right in front of the building, there are stops for Bus 48A and Tram 5. The U6 Thaliastraße station is a 5-minute walk away. Supermarkets and everything you need are within walking distance (nearest Billa 2 minutes away, Spar and Hofer are also a few minutes on foot). Nearby, you'll find some nice bars, cafes, and places for nightlife, all easily reachable on foot.
The street is lively during the day and night, making it very safe. However, you won't notice much of the noise inside the apartment!
Dein neuer Mitbewohner heißt Andi, ist 24 Jahre alt und studiert Technische Informatik an der TU Wien.
Neben der Uni findet man ihn öfters mal in guten Restaurants. Er kocht auch gerne selber Gerichte aus aller Welt und vielleicht schaut ja auch einmal eine Portion für dich heraus.
Wochenends trinkt er auch gerne mal ein gutes Glas Wein oder das ein oder andere Bier mit Freunden :)
Generell ist Besuch in der Wohnung auch nicht unerwünscht.
Er würde sich über eine(n) sympathische(n) Mitbewohner(in) freuen!
Generell ist das WG-Leben sehr unkompliziert und zwanglos, aber sollte es einmal eine Unstimmigkeit geben, kann eigentlich immer alles nach dem Motto "Communication is Key" unkompliziert ausgredet werden.
Sauberkeit ist für uns wichtig und wir hoffen, dass auch du bereit bist, die Wohnung ordentlich zu halten.
Your new roommate's name is Andi, 24 years old, studying Technical Informatics at TU Wien.
Besides his studies, you'll often find him in good restaurants. He enjoys cooking dishes from around the world, so maybe there'll be a portion for you too. On weekends, he enjoys a nice glass of wine or the occasional beer with friends :)
Generally, having visitors over is also welcomed in the apartment.
He'd be happy to have a friendly roommate!
Overall, the atmosphere in the shared apartment is very easy-going, but if there's ever a disagreement, it can usually be easily resolved with the motto "Communication is Key."
Keeping the apartment clean is important to us, and we hope you're also willing to help maintain its cleanliness.
