Ich gehe für ein Auslandssemester in die USA und suche jemanden zur Zwischenmiete für mein WG Zimmer im 7. Bezirk. Das Zimmer befindet sich am Flurende, mit Zugang zum Innenhof, wo man rauchen, oder auch einfach sitzen und mal ein Buch lesen kann. Mittig liegt die Wohnküche (auch mit Zugang zum Innenhof) und dann kommt das Zimmer meiner Mitbewohnerin. Wir sind Zweitbezug im Neubau, also ist alles frisch renoviert und die Fenster gut abgedichtet und somit auch Winternächte nicht so arg kalt. Durch den Innenhof ist es super ruhig und trotzdem fällt gut Licht ins Zimmer. Ich würde alle meine Möbel drin lassen gegen eine Kaution von 1 Monatsmiete.
I am going to the USA for a semester abroad and am looking for someone to stay in my room in the 7th. district during this time. The room is at the end of the hallway, with access to the courtyard, where you can smoke, or just sit and read a book. In the middle is the kitchen-living room (also with access to the courtyard) and then comes the room of my roommate. We are the second renters in the new building, so everything is newly renovated and the windows are well sealed so you don‘t have to feel those winter nights. Because of all windows facing the courtyard it is super quiet and still a good amount of light enters into the room. I would leave all my furniture in the room for a deposit of 1 month’s rent.
Wir haben so ziemlich die beste Lage Wiens, direkt Ecke Neubaugasse/Burggasse hast du Billa, Spar und alle möglichen Geschäfte und Restaurants in nur wenigen Minuten Entfernung. Direkt vor der Tür fahren 48A, 13A und U3 Volkstheater und Neubaugasse und U6 Thaliastr sind 10 Gehminuten entfernt. Trotzdem ist es immer ruhig und die Nachbarn super lieb und entspannt.
We have pretty much the best location in Vienna, right on the corner of Neubaugasse/Burggasse you have Billa, Spar and all kinds of shops and restaurants just a few minutes away. Right outside the door, there’s 48A, 13A and U3 Volkstheater and Neubaugasse and U6 Thaliastr are a 10-minute walk away. Nevertheless, it is always quiet and the neighbors are super nice and relaxed.
Die WG hat 2 Zimmer, 1 Wohnküche, 1Bad, 1 Toilette mit Waschbecken und einen Abstellraum, alles getrennt begehbar. Dein Zimmer und das Wohnzimmer haben Zugang zum Innenhof. Du würdest mit Ines zusammenleben, die genau zu meinem Auszug aus ihrem Auslandssemester zurückkommt. Sie ist 25 und studiert und arbeitet als Lehrerin. Sie ist wenig zuhause und geht sonst gern mal abends in eine Bar oder auf Techno feiern.
The shared flat has 2 rooms, 1 living room with an open kitchen, 1 bathroom, 1 toilet with its own sink and a storage room, all accessible separately through the hallway. Your room and the living room have access to the courtyard. You would live with Ines, who returns from her semester abroad during the time of my departure. She is 25 and studies and works as a teacher. She is often out and likes to go to for a casual drink at a bar or off to a techno club in the evening.
Die Miete versteht sich all inclusive (Internet, Strom etc.). Ein- und Auszugsdaten sind flexibel, ich suche mindestens jemanden für Januar bis Ende Mai, etwas früherer Einzug/späterer Auszug wäre auch kein Problem.
The rent is all inclusive (internet, electricity, etc.). Move-in and -out dates are flexible, I am looking for someone to stay for at least January to the end of May, moving-in a little earlier/out a little later would also not be a problem.
