An alle die bisschen später dran sind und noch ne Wohnung ab Februar suchen ;)
Die Wohnung liegt in der Burggasse und ist sehr gut geschnitten. Sie hat insgesamt 85qm (2 Schlafzimmer, Wohn-und Küchenbereich, Abstellkammer, geräumiger Flur, WC, Badezimmer).
Die gesamte Wohnung kostet warm 1500 (Gas,Strom,Internet ist dabei mit eingerechnet).
Möglichkeit die gesamte Wohnung zu übernehmen!
Mein Mitbewohner zieht zum 1. Februar aus. Das zweite Zimmer wird frei sobald ich eine Wohnung gefunden habe ( ich hoffe auch noch im Februar/März). Deshalb wärs super, wenn du ab Februar die Hauptmiete übernehmen könntest, damit dann alles easy von statten gehen kann.
