Nach 6 Monaten verlasse ich Wien und ziehe aus diesem Zimmer Ende Februar aus. Nun bin ich auf der Suche nach eine*m Nachmieter*in. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön; liegt in zentraler, wie ruhiger Lage. Die U-Bahnstation Volkstheater ist in direkter Nähe und man hat schnelle Anbindung an Straßenbahn und Bus. Das Haus mit schönem Innenhof liegt in einem Altbau in Spittelberg.
Die Miete ist €550 warm (WLAN, Heizung, Strom etc. inklusive), die Kaution entspricht 2 Monatsmieten. Das Zimmer ist voll möbliert. Neben dem Bad gibt es ein Gäste-WC. Zusätzlich verfügt die Wohnung über Waschmaschine, Geschirrspüler und eine Fußbodenheizung. Im Haus gibt es außerdem auch einen Fahrradraum.
Wir sind eine 4er WG, meine Mitbewohner*innen (20 und 25) sind sehr nett, ordentlich und es herrscht ein super WG-Klima. Wir reden oft bei einem Kaffee oder beim Abendessen in der Küche und gehen manchmal zusammen etwas trinken. In der Nähe gibt es viele schöne Bars und Lokale :)

I’m leaving Vienna after 6 months of living here and am moving out of this flat at the end of February. I’m now looking for someone to move into my room. The flat is beautiful and central, but in a quiet area :) The U-Bahn station Volkstheater is right down the road and trams and buses are also really quickly accessible. The house has a beautiful courtyard and is an Altbau building in Spittelberg.
The rent is €550 (all bills inclusive) and the deposit is 2 months’ worth of the room’s rent. The room is fully furnished. Next to the bathroom there is a guest toilet and the flat also has a washing machine, dishwasher and underfloor heating. The building also has a bicycle room.
You would have 3 other flatmates; my 2 current flatmates (20 and 25) and very friendly and organised, and we have a really nice, warm atmosphere in the flat. We often end up chatting in the kitchen together over coffee or dinner and sometimes go for drinks together at the pub up the road! There are also lots of nice spots for drinks and coffees in the area :)
