Wir haben ein Zimmer frei!
Das Zimmer ist 31 Quadratmeter groß, sehr hell. Mit einem ausladenden Arbeitsbreich und Couch-Chillout-Bereich, hat das Zimmer einen Studio-Charakter!
Unsere Altbauwohnung im 2. Stock ist groß und hell. Die Küche und das Bad bieten viel Platz und ermöglichen ein sehr entspanntes zusammenleben! Normalerweise wohnen, kochen und essen wir hier gemeinsam. Im Flur und Eingangsbereich steht außerdem ein Esstisch auf dem auch gearbeitet werden kann. Bad und Toilette sind getrennt voneinander. Das Bad ist ausgestattet mit: Dusche, Badewanne, zwei Waschbecken, Föhn und Waschmaschine.

We have a free room!
The room is 31 square meters, very bright. With its sweeping workspace and the couch chillout area, the room has a studio feel!
Our old building apartment on the 2nd floor is large and bright. The kitchen and bathroom offer plenty of space and make for a very relaxed co-living! Normally we live, cook and eat together here. In the hallway and entrance area is also a dining table that can be used for dinners with friends or working sessions. Bathroom and toilet are separate from each other. The bathroom is equipped with: Shower, bathtub, two sinks, hairdryer and washing machine.
Die Wohnung ist sehr zentral gelegen und bietet die Möglichkeit entweder mit den Öffis, zu Fuß oder mit dem Fahrrad die Stadt zu erkunden. Der 7. Bezirk Wiens ist mit seinen originellen Shops, Lokalen und Bars schon seit vielen Jahren eines der angesagtesten Szeneviertel in der Stadt. In Fußnähe ist die Mariahilferstraße mit zahlreichen Shopping Möglichkeiten. Supermärkte (Billa, Lidl, Hofer, Eurospar), Bars und Restaurants sind entweder direkt vor der Tür oder maximal 10 min zu Fuß entfernt. Die U-Bahn (U3 Zieglergasse) ist ca. 2min zu Fuß die Straße runter (oder die U6 Westbahnhof ist 7 min zu Fuß entfert), gleich daneben befindet sich eine Citybike Station um Fahrräder ausleihen zu können.

the 7th district is very centrally located! You can easily explore the city either by public transport, by foot or by bike. It is known for its hip bars and restaurants, for its shopping mile 'Mariahilfer Straße' and for old family-run businesses next to trendy shops! You will have a unique experience between traditional and modern in one of the hippest districts of Vienna! Supermarkets, bars and restaurants in walking distance. Subway (U3 Zieglergasse) next to a city bike station is a 2 minutes walk.
In der WG wohnen Yunus (26, aus Deutschland), Delia (29, aus Italien), Louis (27, aus Deutschland). Wir studieren teilweise noch oder arbeiten schon, lieben Sport (Klettern, Laufen, Crossfit, Skifahren etc) und verbringen gerne Zeit miteinander. Wir sind deswegen keine Zweck-W, da wir schon lange gute Freunde sind. Es kommt daher auch öfters vor dass, vor allem am Wochenende, Freunde zum essen vorbeikommen. Allerdings, ist auch jeder mal gerne alleine, das ist also kein Problem wenn wer mal keine Lust auf Gesellschaft hat!

The flatmates are Yunus (26, from Germany), Delia (29, from Italy), Louis (27, from Germany). We are partly still students or already joined the 9 to 5 live, we love sports (climbing, running, crossfit, skiing etc) and enjoy spending time together. We are definetly not a purpose-WG since we have been good friends for a long time. It often happens that, especially on weekends, friends come over for dinner. However, everyone is also sometimes happy to be alone, so that's no problem if one has no desire for company!
Die monatliche Miete beträgt €550,- und die Kaution ist €1.250,-.
