I am renting out my bright room in a shared apartment, since I am working abroad.
The rent is 500 €, plus 90€ for additional costs (internet, heating, electricity).
The apartment is a very nice Altbau with 94 m2 and got renovated recently. Bathroom and Kitchen are modern and spacious, there is a new washing machine and a dishwasher. In the entrance there is a small living room with a couch, beamer and sound system.
The room is 25m2, very bright and features a small french balcony. It comes furnished with a bed, closet, some cupboards, a desk and 3 plants that need some water once in a while.
The area is one of the best in Vienna. It is situated in Schottenfeldgasse, near the photography museum westlicht. There is tons of hip cafes, restaurants, bars, shops around which the 7th is known for. Supermarket Spar is literally in front of the door and others are very close. Public transport is within walking distance (U3, U2, 48A, 49, 13A). Noise levels in the room are nice and quiet.
You will be sharing the flat with a 30-year old from Austria that is working in marketing for an art-school. He is very respectful, friendly and sociable and I am sure you will get along very well :)
- Not pets allowed, sorry doggies
- Absolutely no smoking inside. If you need to smoke you can do it on the balcony but make sure that you close the door behind you.
