It's the place where breakfast turns into chats that last for hours. And you'll find everything you need for cooking right there. We have a toilet and a separate bathroom with both a shower and a bathtub.

Unsere WG ist hervorragend gelegen im ersten Stock eines Altbauhauses im 7. Bezirk.Ob Supermärkte, Cafes, Bars, Bibliothek oder Shoppingmöglichkeiten, der Bezirk bietet alles was das Herz begehrt in laufweite. Auch die Öffis sind direkt vor der Tür und so ist man überall ziemlich schnell.
Our shared apartment is excellently located on the second floor of an old building in the 7th district. Whether supermarkets, cafes, bars, library or shopping, the district offers everything your heart desires within walking distance. Also, the public transport is right outside the door and so you are everywhere pretty quickly.
We all have our own routines, but there's something nice about coming together in the kitchen. It's a space where we hang out, chat, and just enjoy each other's company.
I'm often away traveling, and I'm looking for someone who will take good care of the apartment even when I'm gone. It's important that this place feels like a home, where everyone feels safe and free to be themselves. It would be cool if you value art and enjoy exploring culture.
The vibe here is all about comfort and being at ease. You'll have your own space, but we're also here to connect and make this apartment feel like a friendly haven.
Wir haben alle unsere eigenen Routinen, aber es ist auch schön, wenn wir uns in der Küche treffen und zusammensitzen. Das ist der Raum, in dem wir abhängen, plaudern und einfach die Gesellschaft der anderen genießen.
Ich bin oft unterwegs auf Reisen und suche jemanden, der sich gut um die Wohnung kümmert, selbst wenn ich nicht da bin. Die Idee ist, dass dieser Ort sich wie ein Zuhause anfühlt, in dem sich alle sicher und frei fühlen sie selbst zu sein. Es wäre großartig, wenn du Kunst schätzt und gerne Kultur erkundest.
Die Atmosphäre hier dreht sich ganz um Gemütlichkeit und Wohlbefinden. Du hast deinen eigenen Raum, aber wir sind auch hier, um uns zu connecten und diese Wohnung zu einem harmonischen Rückzugsort zu machen.
