Hallo, wir sind Leonard und Raphael, Kunststudenten und Teilzeitarbeitende. Wir wohnen sehr zentral an der Lerchenfelder Straße im 7. Bezirk beim Josef-Strauß-Park. Die Wohnung hat insgesamt 89m2 im 3. Stock und ist vor 3 Jahren generalsaniert worden. Es ist ein Badezimmer mit Badewanne, Dusche und Waschmaschine vorhanden. WC ist separat. Die Küche ist mit Herdplatten, Ofen, Kühlschrank, Spülmaschine und Mikrowelle ausgestattet. Das Zimmer, welches wir als Zwischenmiete anbieten, hat 27m2 mit Balkon Zugang zur Südseite direkt zum Park hin. Man hat viel Platz für sich und ist auch ideal als Schlaf-, Wohn- und Arbeitsplatz einzurichten. Es ist sehr ruhig und sonnig. Es wäre für 3 Monate 1.6.–31.8. (Juni/Juli/August 2020) zu haben, also genau über den Sommer. Wir freuen uns auf eure Nachrichten und Interesse und freuen uns auf jede*n Zwischenmieter*in, der für 3 Monate mit uns wohnen möchte.
Hello, we are Leonard and Raphael, art students and part-time workers. We live very centrally on Lerchenfelder Straße in the 7th district next to Josef-Strauß-Park. The apartment has a total of 89m2 on the 3rd floor and was completely renovated 3 years ago. There is a bathroom with bathtub, shower and washing machine. WC is separate. The kitchen is equipped with hotplates, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher and microwave. The room, which we offer as a temporary rent, has 27m2 with balcony access to the south side directly to the park. You have a lot of space for yourself and is ideal as a bedroom, living room and workplace. It is very quiet and sunny. It would be available for 3 months 1.6.-31.8. (June/July/August 2020), so exactly over the summer. We are looking forward to your news and interest and we are looking forward to everyone who would like to live with us for 3 months.

Sehr zentral, man kommt mit dem Fahrrad sowieso überall hin, aber auch zu Fuß ist man in 15 Minuten in der Innenstadt. Die U6 Thaliastraße ist direkt bei der Haustür. U3/U2 Volkstheater ist 3 Straßenbahnstationen entfernt (10 Minuten zu Fuß). Die Lerchenfelder Straße ist eine Einkaufsstraße, die sich sogar unabhängig vom Bezirk selbst verwaltet. Es gibt alles mögliche an Geschäften und Restaurants, dadurch sehr wenig Ketten und viele Einzelhandelsgeschäfte. Man ist ziemlich schnell im Spektakel an den Gürtelbögen zum Ausgehen, ist aber genauso schnell mit der U6 an der schönen Donau. Oder Richtung Nord-Westen nach Neuwaldegg, Höhenstraße und Kahlenberg fürn Waldspaziergang. Der Brunnenmarkt und der Yppenplatz ist ebenfalls nur 10 Minuten zu Fuße entfernt. Einer der größten Märkte Wiens mit einem sehr solidarischen Gemeinschaft – sehr cooler (biodiverser) Ort.
Very central, you can get everywhere by bike anyway, but also on foot you can reach the city centre in 15 minutes. The U6 Thaliastraße is right at the front door. U3/U2 Volkstheater is 3 tram stations away (10 minutes on foot). Lerchenfelder Straße is a shopping street that even manages itself independently of the district. There are all kinds of shops and restaurants, therefore very few chains and many retail shops. You are quite fast in the spectacle at the Gürtelbögen for going out, but you are just as fast with the U6 at the beautiful Danube or in north-western direction to Neuwaldegg, Höhenstraße and Kahlenberg for a walk in the forest. The Brunnenmarkt and Yppenplatz are also only 10 minutes away on foot. One of the biggest markets in Vienna with a very solidary community - very cool (biodiverse) place.
Bei Interesse schreib uns doch einfach, um uns kennenzulernen. Dann können wir uns im besten Fall treffen, die Wohnung zeigen oder einfach video-telefonieren, je nach Möglichkeit und Absprache. Wir studieren Kunst (Angewandte Wien) und machen viel Musik. Wir philosophieren gerne und trinken Wein und Bier. Wir sind auf alle Fälle flexibel mit Essen teilen; essen hauptsächlich vegan und vegetarisch und ab und zu auch Fleisch. Wir kochen gerne für alle gemeinsam. We study art and make a lot of music. We like to philosophize and drink wine and beer. We are flexible with food sharing; we eat mainly vegan and vegetarian food and occasionally meat.
