ENGLISH VERSION BELOW! (at "Sonstiges")
Even though the room is small it brings a lot of benefits. Since it is equipped with a bunk bed the space can be used quite efficiently. The room faces the yard which is why there is no street noise and it doesn't get as hot in the summer.
The flat is very central, being located at the border from the 7th to the 8th district. Within 15 minutes you can reach Schottentor (Universität Wien), Mariahilferstraße or the Gürtel (night clubs, bars). The tram 46, as well are the bus 13A and U3 (Volkstheater, Neubaugasse) and U6 (Thaliastraße) are all really close by.
All essential shops are within close proximity (Hofer, Billa, dm, Bipa) and even a zero waste shop, denns biomarkt as well as a bicycle shop.
Your potential flatmates are Alexandra (26) and Johanna (24). Alex is doing her masters in architecture and she also works in an architectural office. She is fascinated by art and culture and enjoys bouldering. Alex is a specialist in Viennese Würstelstände (which can be quite handy...). Johanna is doing a Master degree in Ecology and has some side jobs. She is cycling basically everywhere and most of the time you will find her somewhere in the outdoors around Vienna (Lobau, Steinhofgründe etc). Other than that she is interested in films, goes to the theater from time to time and travels a lot.
We cook together and for each other. Both of us enjoy baking (sourdough bread!!) and like to go out together, share a glass of wine, sit on our balcony, go cycling, swimming in the Danube.... And we would love to also share all that with you!!
