Das Zimmer hat ein Fenster zur belebten Burggasse, es gibt immer etwas zu sehen. Zwar ist es mit 12 qm eher klein, dafür grenzt es an ein geräumiges Wohnzimmer und bei 130 qm Wohnungsgröße gibt es reichlich Platz.
The rather small room (12sqm) has a window to Burggasse which is mostly quite busy. The rest of the flat is huge (130sqm) and finest viennese old-building-style.There‘s a cozy kitchen and a big livingroom.
Die Wohnung liegt super zentral im siebten Bezirk, nahe am Gürtel. Mit dem Rad braucht man fünf Minuten zur Maria Hilfer Straße (6.), fünf Minuten zur Lerchenfelder Straße (8.), Fünf Minuten zum Yppenplatz (16.) und fünf Minuten zum Museumquartier. Die U6-Station Burggasse - Stadthalle ist zwei Gehminuten entfernt, einige Busse und Bims fahren direkt vor der Haustür los.
The flat is located in the 7th district, so it‘s quite in the middle of everything. It takes you five minutes by bike to Maria Hilfer Straße (6th district), five minutes to Lerchenfelder Straße (8th district), five minutes to Yppenplatz (16th district) and five minutes to Museumsquartier. The U6-Station Burggasse-Stadthalle is easily reached in two minutes. Many busses and trams leave close by.
Deine Mitbewohner wären Sophie und Flo. Wir sind sehr schlaue Leute und dabei auch noch echt nett. Wie du auf den Fotos sehen kannst, machen wir auch ausschließlich schlaue (z.B. Zeitung lesen o.ä.) oder nette (z.B. Puzzeln o.ä.) Dinge zusammen. Sophie ist sogar so schlau, dass sie ihr Philosophiestudium abgebrochen hat. Flo ist eher einfach gestrickt und studiert Kunst und bringt auch welche hervor (sehr nett). Wir kochen nicht gerne, essen aber gelegentlich. Küche vorhanden.
Having a hard time translating the bullshit that we wrote in the german version, we‘ll just summarize it: Sophie used to study Philosophy and is extremely smart.
Flo ist quite dumb and studying Art. Both of them are really nice people. Drop by and say ‚Hi‘.
