In unserer schönen Altbauwohnung wird ein ruhiges, hofseitig gelegenes Zimmer frei. Es wird unmöbliert übergeben. Die Wohnung liegt im 3. Stock, ist hell, geräumig und charmant unrenoviert. Geteilt wird ein großes Wohnzimmer samt kleinem Dschungel, in dem wir unseren Arbeits-/Atelierplatz haben und die meiste Zeit des Tages verbringen. Zum Ausweichen gibt es das Frühstücksplatzerl im Gang und das weltbeste Fensterbrett in der Küche.
Eine Eigenheit ist das Badezimmer, welches in die Küche eingebaut wurde und von dieser durch eine Schiebetüre (nicht durchscheinend, keine Sorge + Toilette separat) getrennt ist.
Bisher haben wir es so gehandhabt, dass in der Küche am offenen Fenster geraucht werden darf.

A quiet room facing the courtyard is available from September the 1st in our beautiful flat. It will be handed over unfurnished. The apartment is on the 3rd floor, it’s bright, spacious and charmingly unrenovated. A large living room with a small jungle is shared, in which we have our work / studio space and spend most of the day. There is a breakfast spot in the hallway and the world's best windowsill in the kitchen.
A peculiarity is the bathroom, which was built into the kitchen and is separated from it by a sliding door (not translucent, separate toilet).
Smoking is allowed in the kitchen at the open window.
Von der Lage her geht's kaum besser. In-Bezirk mit sämtlichen Kneipen in Reich- bzw. Torkelweite.
Ein paar Meter die Straße runter ist der Spar, in die andere Richtung ein Billa, Bipa gibt's auch, dm eine Ecke weiter und für Biofreunde auch ein Denns und der kleine Freitagsmarkt in der Lerchenfelder.
Nächsten Öffis: U6, 5er, 49er

The location can hardly get any better. Three supermarkets just around the corner (also an all organic one), nice pubs, and for public transportation we got the U6, 5 and 49 tram.
Da es in der Wohnung so viel Gemeinschaftsraum gibt, ist ein funktionierendes, freundliches Zusammenleben das A und O. Bitte meldet euch nur, wenn ihr Lust darauf habt, in ein schönes Miteinander zu investieren. Ina ist im Politik/Tanz/Kunst-Bereich unterwegs, eine vielseitige, interessierte, feinfühlige, wunderbare Person.

Since there is so much common space in the apartment, a functioning, friendly coexistence is very important. Please only contact us if you feel like investing in a nice get-together. Ina works in politics / dance / art, a versatile, interested, sensitive, wonderful person.
Mit meinem Auszug werde ich aus dem Hauptmietvertrag aussteigen. Wir suchen jemanden, der/die* Interesse daran hat, die zweite Partei im Vertrag zu stellen und entsprechend notwendig auf Gehaltsnachweis bzw. Bürgen zurückgreifen kann.
