In unserer kleinen aber feinen 3-er WG wird im Oktober ein Zimmer frei und so machen wir uns auf die Suche nach einer Person, die es sich bei und mit uns gemütlich machen will. Das freie Zimmer hat ca. 12 m², ist hell, unmöbliert und kostet € 280 im Monat - alles inklusive (mit Internet, Strom/Heizung). Die Kaution beträgt € 720.
Die Wohnung an sich ist im 3. Stock, hat ca. 76 m² und besteht aus drei getrennt voneinander begehbaren Zimmern, einem Bad, separates Klo und Küche. Die Lage könnte kaum besser sein: Wir sind nur 2 Gehminuten von der Mariahilferstraße entfernt, das MQ ist in 10 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar und U3 (Neubaugasse) und 49er Bim sind quasi gleich ums Eck. Eine 13A Haltestelle ist vor der Haustür.
Und jetzt zur derzeitigen WG-Konstellation: Wir (Patrik und Anita), 32 und 40 Jahre, arbeiten, studieren und gehen gelegentlich mal gemeinsam fort. Wir wollen also keine reine Zweck-WG, aber auch keine Party-WG sein. Da wir beide nicht in der Wohnung rauchen, würden wir uns wünschen, wenn du grundsätzlich auch nicht in der Wohnung rauchst und einen gewissen Gemeinschaftssinn mitbringst.
Wenn du Interesse hast, schreib uns bitte ein wenig über dich und wir machen uns einen Termin aus. Sorry, wenn wir nicht auf jede Nachricht antworten können - wir sind aber bemüht :)

Hi everybody!
We offer a room in our shared flat in the center of Vienna. The flat is located in the 7th district, close to Mariahilferstraße (U3 Neubaugasse). Also the tram 49 and the bus 13A are very close. It’s a very nice area, the Museumsquartier is close, and of course there are a lot of shops, restaurants, bars…
The room has about 12 square meters, it costs € 280/month. The price includes water, electricity, gas and internet. When you move in, there won't be any furnitures left from our ex-roomate, so there's plenty space to set up your room, as you'd like to. The deposit is € 720.
And now about us: We (Patrik and Anita) are 32 and 40 years old, studying, working, and we like to have a drink together once in a while, so we are looking for a friendly person with a sense of community. Since we don't smoke in our flat, we would appreciate if you do so too.
