Das verfügbare Zimmer ist zwar klein, aber fein und es steht uns allen noch ein geräumiges Wohnzimmer mit Home-Cinema zur Verfügung, sowie eine Küche, ein kleines, begehbares und sehr gemütliches Gästezimmer mit Hochbett, zwei Toiletten und ein großes Badezimmer mit Badewanne.
Das Zimmer ist möbliert mit einem Hochbett, einem Sofa, einem Schreibtisch und schöner Beleuchtung.

The room offered is small but cozy and our flat also has a big living room (with a beamer and a cool sound system and big couch and ...), a spacious kitchen, a small guest room with a bank bed, a spa-sized bathroom and two toilets.
The room comes equipped with a bankbed, an sofa and a table with a pretty shiny lightning.
Ist optimal! U3 und U6 Nähe, Westbahnhof 5 Gehminuten, Mariahilferstrasse ebenso, Museumsquartier ist ca. 15min zu Fuss entfernt, die Uni ist mit den Strassenbahnlinien 5 und 49 leicht erreichbar, jeweils nur 2 Gehminuten entfernt.

Can´t be better! There is U3, U6 - Westbahnhof, Zieglergasse both 5 min afeet and the main public library only 4 min. The Museumquartier is ca 15 mins and a tram station of 5 and 49 - which takes you close to Uni - is only 2mins!
Wir arbeiten und studieren (wir haben eine Anthropologin, einen Mathematiker, einen Architekten, eine Operngesang Studierende und einen Tonmaster), weshalb das WG-Leben eher ruhig und gemütlich ist, trotzdem gehen wir gerne auch mal zusammen aus, oder schmeißen ein-zwei mal im Jahr eine richtige Party ;).

We are all working and studying (we have an anthropologist, a mathematician, an architect, an opera singer to be, and a sound master) so the WG life is calm and homey. But there is still some time for a few parties a year and many WG-nights outside the flat ;).
Nachdem die Wohnung ziemlich groß ist, wünschen wir uns eine Person, die auch gerne putzt und sich auch daran beteiligt, sie in relativer Ordnung und in einem sauberen Zustand zu halten :). Eine nette, unkomplizierte Person wäre ideal.
Außerdem wird der Mietvertrag mit Anfang März (zu den gleichen Konditionen) verlängert. Das heißt, es gibt dann die Chance, sich gemeinsam mit ein oder zwei anderen Mitbewohnern in den Hauptmietvertrag einzutragen.
Die Besichtigung des 21. Jahrhunderts kann virtuell oder reallife stattfinden. Wir würden uns über ein Treffen in reallife freuen. Dafür bitten wir euch einen PCR Test zu machen. Wir werden ebenfalls aktuelle PCR Test haben. Bei Interesse, schicke uns bitte eine kurze Nachricht über dich, wir schicken dir hochwertige Informationen über dem genauen Ort und Zeit zurück.

Since the flat is big and can easily get messy, we would prefer someone with an innate sense for order and cleanness, who also likes to clean. We are looking for someone who is not too complicated to live with other five people :).
Additionally, our contract for the flat will be extended under the same conditions by March 2022, so you would have the chance to sign yourself on the main tenant contract together with one or two other flatmates.
If You are interested please send us a message with few informations about You and we will send You back some details for Your virtual or real-life tour. We would prefer a real-life tour. For that please do a PCR test, we will do the same.
