Hi, my Name's Sören and I'm renting my room for august and september while I'm not in vienna.
It is furnished as you can see in the pictures and has 25m2. You're welcome to use my bike, books, guitars, speakers or whatever else would make you hapy, as long as you leave it there;)
The location is just perfect for exploring the city on foot, strolling through a busy lively neighborhood, spontaneus drinks with friends/flatmates and in general getting around. The windows face Augustinplatz/Kellermanplatz, a cute little green oasis in Neubau. Many little bars, cafés, restaurants and shops of all kinds around.
All different supermarkets nearby, bus stop Kellermangasse (13a / 48a) in front of the flat, trams 46 and 49 3 minute walk, U2/U3 Volkstheater 5 minute walk, U6 Thaliastraße 10 minute walk

You'll be party of a big shared flat with most people studying or already working, all very communicative, easy and outgoing. We often cook together or sit outside on Augustinplatz, discover the city and go swimming a lot rn. The flat has a big bathroom with a bathtub as well as two extra toilets. Heart of the flat is the big kitchen where we spend most of the rainier days (hopefully not during your stay). Someones always there, someones always out of the city and most evenings we spend time together, it's a busy come and go youre welcome to participate in, but it's also ok and respected to have your rest and me-time.
Notice again that this offer is just temporarily, until end of september, at least I'll be back then and maybe you don't want to share the room^^
