Für unsere super-nette 2 Zimmer Altbau- Wohnung in der Bernardgasse in Neubau suchen wir noch zwei Mitbewohner/in. (mindestens 1 Jahr, keine Kurz-Zeit Miete bitte). Das andere 2., kleinere Zimmer (ca 16 m2; EUR 430 plus Nebenkosten) ist auch ab 1. September frei.
Das Zimmer ist ca. 25 m2 groß (das grössere von den beiden getrennt begehbaren Zimmern), ruhig gelegen und voll möbliert (siehe Fotos). Kosten: 460 EUR plus BK und Strom/Gas (ca 70-80 EUR, je nach Verbrauch). Internet ist auch extra.
Du solltest Nichtraucher sein, entweder studieren oder Jungakademiker sein und nicht jeden Abend wilde Parties in der Wohnung feiern wollen. ;-)
Besichtigungen können gerne am 01. September stattfinden. Keine online Besichtigungen bitte.

We are looking for a nice flatmate (girl or boy) for our big room in our very nice apartment in “Bernardgasse” in Neubau, Vienna. The other, smaller room (approx 16 m2; EUR 430 plus utilities) is available as well from 1st September. No short term tenancy please, minimum 1 year.
Your room is approx. 25 m2 big (the bigger of the 2 rooms, both separately accessible), quietly located, fully furnished and costs 460 EUR per month, plus approx 70-80 EUR for Electricity / Gas, depending on your consumption. Internet is also extra.
You should either be non-smoker, a student or young professional and not intend to throw wild parties every night. ;-)
A viewing in person is possible on 1st September, just text me here if you are interested! No online visits please.
