Es wird mit 1. März ein gemütliches, ca. 10m2 großes Zimmer in unserer 5er WG frei. Das Zimmer ist mit Fischgrätenparkett ausgelegt und hat ein großes Fenster zum Innenhof, welcher nur indirektes Licht abbekommt.
Das Hochbett lässt das Zimmer geräumig und luftig wirken und bietet unten einen schönen Raum zum Wohnen. Es ist auch ein schönes Einbausofa drin - all das macht das Zimmer klein aber fein.
Hannah, die leider wieder zurück in die Schweiz geht, hat das Zimmer gemütlich eingerichtet. Einige der Sachen können gegen eine kleine Ablöse übernommen werden.
Die Wohnung ist knapp 160m2 groß. Es gibt ein gemeinsames Wohn- und Esszimmer mit einem Kamin, den wir im Winter öfters verwenden. Die Küche ist nicht riesig, aber es gibt genug Platz um zusammen zu kochen und mit ein paar Leuten zu essen.
Das Bad ist recht groß, hat eine Dusche und eine Badewanne. Es gibt zwei Waschbecken, was praktisch zu fünft ist. Es gibt auch zwei separate WCs.
Der Garten im Innenhof, den das ganze Haus mitbenutzen und bepflanzen kann ist ein Traum in dieser Lage!

As of March 1st, a cozy room (approx. 10m2) will be available in our 5-person shared apartment. The room has "herringbone parquet flooring" and a large window facing the courtyard.
The built-in loft bed makes the room feel spacious, and provides a nice living space beneath. There's also a nice built-in sofa - all of which makes the room feel welcoming despite its size.
Hannah, who is unfortunately going back to Switzerland, has furnished the room and made it cozy. Some of the things can be taken over by a small fee.
The apartment has a total area of about 160m2. There is a common living and dining room with a fireplace, which we often use in winter. The kitchen is not huge, but there is enough space to cook together, eat and socialize.
The bathroom is quite large, has a shower and a bathtub. There are two sinks, which is convenient for five people. There are also two separate WCs.
There is a sunny garden in the courtyard, which the whole house can use and plant - a dream in such a central district!
Die Apollogasse liegt direkt bei der Mariahilferstraße (U3 Zieglergasse) und sehr nahe zum Westbahnhof (U6, S-Bahn). Die Wohnung ist sehr zentral, es gibt unzählige nahe Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und man kommt zu Fuß oder mit dem Rad schnell überall in Wien hin.

The Apollogasse is located directly at the Mariahilferstraße (U3 Zieglergasse) and very close to the Westbahnhof (U6, S-Bahn). The apartment is very central, there are countless nearby shopping opportunities and you can quickly get anywhere in Vienna on foot or by bike.
In der WG leben Roxane, Aaron, Cristóbal und Marvin.
Roxane (29) ist echte Wienerin, sie arbeitet im Umweltbereich, macht gerne Yoga, liebt die Natur und geht gerne ins Museum und Kino.
Aaron (25), ursprünglich aus Graz, studiert an der Diplomatischen Akademie, liebt kulturelles, wie Museen und Musik und interessiert sich für Politik. Seit neuestem boxt er in der Garage im Garten.
Cristóbal (32) kommt aus Venezuela, hat lange in Spanien gelebt und ist für seinen Master in Critical Studies an der Akademie der bildenden Künste nach Wien gekommen. Er interessiert sich für Film, Politik und Tanz.
Marvin (27) ist unser Quotendeutscher. Ihn hats im Herbst von Hamburg nach Wien verschlagen, um den Master in Architektur an der TU zu machen. Wenn er nicht durch die Stadt schlendert, ist er auf dem Fahrrad, in der Natur oder beim Handwerken zu finden.
Im Zusammenleben pflegen wir einen offenen, wertschätzenden, respektvollen und lieben Umgang. Wir legen wert auf ein WG-Miteinander und sind keine Zweck-WG. Wir kochen gerne zusammen und machen auch mal was außerhalb der WG. Wir studieren und/oder arbeiten. Uns ist es wichtig, dass jeder Raum für sich hat und wir auf die Bedürfnisse aller achten und eingehen.

Schreib uns doch über dich, was du so machst (Arbeit/Studium, Freizeit) und was du dir im WG Miteinander wünscht. Prinzipiell suchen wir eine Person die längerfristig vor hat in der WG zu leben, aber falls du jetzt schon weißt, dass es „nur“ für ein Semester/Jahr o.ä. sein wird, schreib das einfach dazu.
Wir werden so schnell wie möglich alle Nachrichten lesen und nur ein paar zu einem persönlichen Kennenlernen einladen. Die persönlichen Treffen planen wir am Mittwoch (9.2.) ab 20:30 Uhr und Donnerstag (10.2.) ab 16 Uhr. Bitte schreib kurz dazu ob du an den Tagen könntest, ansonsten werden wir noch weitere Termine einplanen. Die Treffen wollen wir gerne mit 2G+ organisieren, bitte PCR getestet kommen (wir sind alle geboostert und werden uns testen).

Roxane, Aaron, Cristóbal and Marvin live in the flat.
Roxane (29) is a "real" Viennese, she works in the environmental sector. She likes to practice yoga, loves nature and likes to go to museums and the cinema.
Aaron (25), originally from Graz, studies at the Diplomatic Academy, loves cultural things like museums and music and is interested in politics. He recently started boxing in the garage in the garden.
Cristóbal (32) comes from Venezuela, lived in Spain for a long time and came to Vienna for his Master's in Critical Studies at the Academy of Fine Arts. He is interested in film, politics and dance.
Marvin (27) is our quota-policy German, he moved from Hamburg to Vienna last autumn to do his Master's in Architecture at the TU. When he's not strolling through the city, he can be found on his bike, in nature or doing handicrafts.

We want to live together in an caring, respectful and loving atmosphere. We value a shared community and not just a functional flat-sharing community. We like to cook together and do things outside the shared flat. We study and/or work. It is important for us that everyone has space for themselves and that we respect and respond to everyone's needs.

We would like that the meetings take place following 2G+, so please take a PCR test in advance (we are all vaccinated and will be tested as well).

There is a 330€ transfer fee that you would have to pay to the previous tenant (this includes new washing machine, oven, fridge and a few other things that we just got this year).
