hello,
aufgrund eines bevorstehenden Auslandsaufenthalts muss ich leider aller schwersten Herzens meine geliebte WG mit Anfang Februar auf Dauer verlassen. Hiermit wird also ein unbefristetes Zimmer in super Lage im Herzen des schönsten Studenten-Bezirks Wiens verfügbar. Da ich das Land vorerst verlasse können gerne auch Möbel (Bett, Couch, Schrank, Tisch,...) übernommen werden.
Das Zimmer befindet sich in einer Studenten-WG im 7. Bezirk (2 min Gehweite von Berliner Döner).
Durch die Innenhoflage ist es sehr ruhig, sogar die anderen WG-Zimmer liegen auf der anderen Wohnungsseite, man ist also völlig ungestört (fast zu ruhig ;) )
Die Lage im 1.OG begünstigt bei tagsüber geschlossenen Fenster auch bei hochsommerlichen Temperaturen trotz fehlender Klimaanlage ein relativ kühles Raumklima.

Due to an upcoming stay abroad, it is with a heavy heart that I have to leave my beloved flat share at the beginning of February. This means that a room is available in a great location in the heart of the most beautiful student district in Vienna. Since I am leaving the country completely for the time being, furniture (bed, couch, cupboard, table, ...) can also be taken over.
The room is located in a student flat-share in the 7th district (2 minutes' walk from Berliner Döner).
Due to the inner courtyard, it is very quiet, even the other rooms in a shared apartment are on the other side of the apartment, so you are completely undisturbed (almost too quiet;))
The location on the 1st floor favors a relatively cool room climate with the windows closed during the day, even in midsummer temperatures, despite the lack of air conditioning.

Garderobe ist im Eingangsbereich, Küche & Bad & WC werden gemeinsam genutzt.

The life in our shared apartment will probably change a little in the summer semester in addition to my move out, because not only I have planned a semester abroad. It is therefore possible that in the summer semester of 2022 someone will move into the shared apartment for sublease.
The cloakroom is in the entrance area, the kitchen, bathroom and toilet are shared.
