My name is Francina, I am 24 years old and I’m coming from Mallorca. You will be living with me in the apartment as Selen is moving to Germany in the coming months.
To tell you a little bit about myself, I am working in the finance field. I am very sociable, I like to make plans with my friends, to go for walks on weekends and to explore new places. I also like doing sports (especially running outdoors). I would like to find someone clean and someone who takes care of the apartment.
In the rent, the internet is included. But Wienenergie has to be split every 3 months (approx. 100 Euro).
In the room you will be living in, the furniture must be bought for 650 Euro. This includes: the bed (europalettes), the mattress, table, wardrobe, red cupboard, mirror, 2 shelves, lamp, curtains, a stool and an office chair.
The location of the apartment is perfect, if you have come to Vienna , surely you were here in Neubaugasse once. The room is appr. 17m2 and is fully furnitured. In the kitchen we have everything you need: refrigerator, oven, dishwasher, washing machine etc.
I think the best thing about this apartment is that you can just go down and begin your evening walk to Schwedenplatz, and you have cool neighbours!
We want to give the room from February 2024.
