Das Zimmer hat ca 9 m² und hat den Zugang über die Küche. Die Fenster
gehen Richtung Osten auf die Zieglergasse, sodass die Sonne in der Früh
hineinscheint.
Magda, die auszieht, würde eventuell die Regale da lassen, das ist aber
kein muss (Preis ist Verhandlungssache). Jetzt ist gerade kein Bett im
Zimmer, es geht sich aber eines mit bis zu 120cm Breite aus oder du
machst es wie Magda und schläfst auf einem Futon, das du unter Tags
aufrollen kannst.
Auf der Loggia, die über Suzis Zimmer zugänglich ist, wenn sie gerade
nicht da ist oder es für sie passt, darf geraucht werden, in der
restlichen Wohnung nicht.
Das Zimmer könnte auch als "Büro" oder von Pendlern genutzt werden.
The room is ~9m² and is next to the kitchen. The view from the window
looks out east sides to Zieglergasse, so the sun shines in the room in
the morning.
Magda, who is moving out, would leave the shelves in the room if you
want to (price negotiable). Currently there is no bed in the room but
one with a width of up to 120 cm would fit. Or you do it like Magda and
use a futon that you move away in the morning.
The loggia that is accessible via Suzis room is the only place where
smoking is allowed in the flat. We can all use it when Suzi is not home
or when she is okay with people passing her room.
The room can potentially also be rented as office space or for commuters.

Zurzeit leben hier:
Kathi - 28 – bin insgesamt eine eher entspannte und gemütliche Person,
gerne im Freien (in der Sonne im Park liegen, wandern), tanze gerne,
arbeite als mobile Ergotherapeutin und studiere zurzeit
sozialraumorientierte Soziale Arbeit. Wohne seit April 2019 hier und
seit einem Jahr etwa bin ich mit Kilian in einer offenen Beziehung. Das
hat aber, außer dass wir dadurch vermehrt auch Zeit zu zweit verbringen,
nicht wirklich eine Auswirkung aufs WG Leben.
Kilian - 29 - wohne hier seit März 2015 - arbeite in der Vermessung und
studiere Geodäsie und Geoinformation an der TU - mag Musik, Bücher,
Backen, Wandern, Radfahren, Politik, ...
Suzi – 29 – arbeitet in der Finanzabteilung eines Technikunternehmens.
Ich bin freundlich, treffe gerne neue Leute oder schaue Filme und
chille. Außerdem mag ich lesen, wandern, schwimmen und schlafen. ziehe
im Juni ein
Wir treffen uns immer wieder mal im Gemeinschaftsraum und reden ein
wenig, essen manchmal gemeinsam, schauen einen Film, spielen Spiele oder
unternehmen was zu zweit (dass alle fürs gleiche Zeit und Lust haben,
kommt nicht so oft vor). Besuch ist immer gern gesehen, solange nicht
die anderen um ihren Schlaf gebracht werden. In der Küche haben wir
gerade gemeinsame Lebensmittel, insgesamt ist das Zusammenleben recht
entspannt und unkompliziert :)
Im Josef Strauß Park, fünf Minuten von der Wohnung entfernt haben wir
gerade ein Hochbeet, in dem wir Möhren, Mohn und Manglold anbauen.
Die WG ist gerade ein wenig im Umbruch. Kathi und Kilian sind auch auf
der Suche nach einer passenden Wohnung für eine größere WG und würden
gerne im nächsten halben Jahr ausziehen. Suzi zieht im Juni ein und
übernimmt dann den Hauptmietvertrag. Am wichtigsten ist also, dass du
dich mit ihr verstehst und ihr werdet dann bald gemeinsam neue Leute
auswählen.
At the moment living here:
Kathi - 28 – I’m a quite relaxed person and like to be outside in a park
or hiking and love dancing. I’m working as an occupational therapist and
studying a masters program in social work. Since April 2019 I’m living
in this flat and since a year I’m in an open relationship with Kilian.
So we spend more time together but other than that it has no effect on
living together.
Kilian - 29 - has lived here since March 2015 - is working in surveying
and studies Geodesy and Geoinformation at TU - likes music, books,
baking, hiking, cycling, politics...
Suzi - 29 - im working in a finance department in a tech firm. i am
friendly, like to meet new people but i also like the occational film
and chill. i like to read, hike, swim and sleep. going to live here from
june
We hang out in the living areas and chat, sometimes eat together, watch
a movie or play games - sometimes two of us will hang out (it's not so
often that we are all at home at the same time). Visitors are always
welcome, as long as they don't disrupt those in the apartment who are
sleeping. In the kitchen we currently share all the food, overall
everyone lives together in a relaxed and uncomplicated way :)
In a park 5 minutes from our flat we currently have a raised bed where
we grow poppies, peas and other plants.
Currently the flat is seeing some change. Kathi and Kilian are currently
looking for a new flat and want to move out within the next half year.
Suzi, who moves in at the beginning of June is then going to take over
the main contract. So most important is that you and Suzi get along well
and then you can choose the next people.

Wir suchen nach unkomplizierten Leuten, die sich vorstellen können, ab
und zu was gemeinsam zu machen, idealerweise auch schon mit WG-Erfahrung.
Das Zimmer wäre ab 1. Juni oder spätestens ab 1. Juli zu beziehen.
Wir planen am 15. Mai Besichtigungen zu machen, wenn das für dich auch
passt, wäre es ideal!

We are looking for an uncomplicated person, that can imagine doing
something together every now and then, and who ideally has some
WG/shared apartment experience.
