Wir sind Simon, Felix und Lisa und da Lisa im Februar nicht in Wien ist, steht dir für diese Zeit ein wunderschönes Altbauzimmer direkt am Volkstheater zur Verfügung :)
Es ist komplett eingerichtet mit Bett, Nachttisch, Schreibtisch, Kommode und Kleiderständer, ca. 12qm groß und geht raus auf die vielbefahrene Neustiftgasse. Man gewöhnt sich aber an die Hintergrundgeräusche, und durch die Rollos und ein Kissen mit Baguetteaufdruck (kann persönlich besichtigt werden) wird Licht und Schall auf jeden Fall ganz gut gedämmt.
Sonstige Räume wären eine groooße Wohnküche, ein noch größeres Wohnzimmer (mit Fernseher und Wii), Felix Zimmer und Simons Zimmer, und natürlich Bad und WC. Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine, Toaster, Milchaufschäumer, Reiskocher alles da. Dein Fahrrad kannst du im Innenhof abstellen :))

Hi! We are Simon, Felix and Lisa. Due to Lisa being overseas, there will be a pretty room available in our flatshare for Feb! It has 12 squaremeters and is facing Neustiftgasse. Other rooms are: big kitchen, bigger living room (including amenities like a tv and Wii!) and of course the other rooms and bathroom/toilet. We also have a dishwasher, washing mashine, toaster, milk steamer and rice cooker! And there is a place for your bike in our patio. :)
Die Lage ist unschlagbar! 5 Minuten zur Volkstheater U, 7 zu den Straßenbahnen 1, 2 und D, direkt vor der Tür hält der 13A und der 48A und in der Umgebung gibt es Billa, Hofer, Bipa, DM und alle möglichen anderen Lokale wie Veganista, Ulrich & Erich etc. :) zur Hauptuni braucht man zu Fuß 15 Minuten und auf der Mariahilferstraße ist man ebenfalls in 10 Minuten.

The most incredible location, 5 minutes to Volkstheater U, 7 minutes to different trams, right in front of our house is a bus stop (13A and 48A) and many shops around. You will need 15 minutes to Uni per foot and 10 minutes to the main shopping street in Vienna :)
Da Felix letztens erst bei uns eingezogen ist kannst du das WG-Leben eigentlich von Anfang an mitgestalten, bisher halten wir es locker-freundschaftlich mit ab und zu quatschen auf dem Sofa, gemeinsam Kochen oder was trinken gehen. Wir verstehen uns sehr gut und würden uns wünschen dass diese Atmosphäre erhalten bleibt! Wir haben auch einen Putzplan der (bisher) ganz gut eingehalten wird ;) Wichtig sind uns außerdem Rücksichtnahme und Toleranz, logischerweise kein Platz für Homophobie, Rassismus, Sexismus oder sonstigen Scheiß mit -ismus am Ende. Perfektionismus ist ok <3
Felix just recently moved in, so you can basically create ur life together as u wish! We vibe really well together and we would love for it to stay that way. We're looking for a person who is chill and knows how to clean up after themselves, but also someone to have fun with and small chitchats :) of course we don't tolerate any form of hate, homophobia, racism, sexism or other things like that!
