Ab 1. Juli wird das große, helle Zimmer in unserer schönen 3er WG frei. Es ist ca 20-25qm groß, hat einen schönen Fischgrätparkett, große Fenster und eine hohe Decke. Vormittags scheint die Sonne ins Zimmer :)
Insgesamt ist die Wohnung 92 qm groß und alle drei Räume sind separat begehbar. Im Sommer bleibt die Wohnung angenehm kühl. Da die Wohnung hofseitig liegt, ist es hier sehr ruhig und man bekommt gar nicht mit, dass man mitten in der Stadt ist :)
Die Lage ist super zentral: Billa, Spar, Denns, Hofer und alle möglichen Cafes und Restaurants sind quasi vor
der Tür bzw. in wenigen Gehminuten erreichbar. Straßenbahn und Bus fahren direkt am Haus vorbei, die U6 Station Burggasse/Stadthalle ist 5min entfernt. 48A und 49er sind auch in ca. 5min zu erreichen.

Hi Anastasiia here, I come from Ukraine and here in Vienna I study Fine Arts at Angewandte and lived in this nice WG since October together with Sophie and Alex who are now leaving and moving together as a couple. I'm only studying German, but I understand quite a lot, (eigentlich versteht Anastasiia alles und spricht auch schon ziemlich gut :)) I would rather prefer not a Zweck-WG but also to have some nice shared experiences. Looking forward to meeting you:))
Hey du! Heiß Simon, bin 22 Jahre alt, arbeite als Kellner in der Gastro und zieh mit Anfang Juli in die WG ein. Würd mich als ziemlich entspannten Typen bezeichnen der gerne ne harmonische und lockere Stimmung in einer WG hat. Gemeinsame WG - Zeit als auch ,,me - time" gehört für mich beides dazu. Neben der Arbeit mach ich gerne Sport, von Tennis zu Basketball oder auch bissl weniger anstrengende Aktivitäten wie Billard und Schach. Ansonsten treff ich mich gern mit Freunden & Familie. Für ,, WG - Küchen - Deep - Talks" bin ich auf jeden Fall fast immer zu haben :)
Das Zimmer kostet warm ca. 525€. Die Wohnung wird weitgehend unmöbliert übergeben. Für Waschmaschine und Küchentisch gibt es eine anteilsmäßige Ablöse und auf Wunsch können auch Verdunkelungsvorhänge und das Bettgestell mit vier Schubladen (ohne Matratze und Lattenrost) abgelöst werden.
Mietbeginn kann eventuell auch paar Tage später sein :)
Schreibt uns doch bitte ob ihr am Sonntag Zeit zu einer Besichtigung hättet und ob euch der Mietbeginn Anfang Juli passt.
