Das Zimmer hat insgesamt ca. 20 qm und ist nach Westen ausgerichtet. Da die gesamte Wohnung komplett hofseitig liegt, ist es wirklich extrem ruhig und man kann auch gut bei offenem Fenster schlafen. Das Zimmer ist ab 01.10. verfügbar und wird befristet für ein Jahr vermietet.
Die Lage der Wohnung ist gut. Sie liegt direkt auf der Neubaugasse, das heißt alle Geschäfte des täglichen Bedarfs sind leicht zu Fuß erreichbar. Außerdem gibt es viele Bars und Cafes ganz in der Nähe und die U-Bahn (U3) ist mehr oder weniger gleich um die Ecke.
Mein Name ist Michael und ich bin 31 Jahre alt. Ich habe Medizin studiert und bin aktuell im Bereich Health-Consulting tätig. Würde mich als entspannten Typ beschreiben, der schon gern Mal ein, zwei Bier trinkt und am Wochenende eigentlich so gut wie immer unterwegs ist. Da ich unter der Woche hauptsächlich bei meinem Freund wohne, kann es durchaus auch vorkommen, dass ich bzw. wir überhaupt nur am Wochenende in der Wohnung sind. Es wäre also nicht das "typische" WG Leben, da ich wirklich nicht immer da bin. Ansonsten ist mir ein respektvoller Umgang und Rücksichtnahme sehr wichtig.
Wirkliche Anforderungen an meinen zukünftigen Mitbewohner gibt's eigentlich keine. Im Grunde ist jeder, der einigermaßen leiwand ist, willkommen.
