After two year in Neubaugasse, it is time for me to discover another part of Vienna, that’s why I am looking for someone to take over my spot in this really cool WG, with wonderful people ! You would live in a 21.5m² room with a lot of potential. Despite the fact that the room is not super bright, you potential future room has direct access to our beautiful terrace where we like hanging out on the couch in summer.
As the flat is ideally located in the heart of the 7th district, you would have plenty of options to spend your time nearby: you can find cool bars, restaurants and a lot of shops. For grocery shopping you have a Spar next door and a Billa in 3 minutes walking time! As the building is located at the end of the courtyard, it is very quiet, despite all the activity around :)
Regarding public transportation, the bus 13A is stopping right in front of our door, right around the corner you can find the 49 tram, and the U3 Neubaugasse is 6 minutes away by walking.
You would live together with Theresa and Ati:
_ Theresa (28) she/her is an occupational therapist from Austria and has lived in the apartment for 8 years already! She likes to spend her time out and about but also enjoys hanging out in the apartment and spending time together.
_ Ati (31) he/him is a freelance photographer & dancer working in the fields of dance, movement & editorial photography (: He likes to spend his free time with his friends & dancing.
They are both very open-minded and warm-hearted people, and are looking for a fun addition to this lovely flat!
