wir suchen einen neuen Mitbewohner für unsere 5er WG im 7. Bezirk in Wien.
Das freie Zimmer hat ca. 13 m², ist sehr hell und ruhig durch ein großes Fenster in Richtung Innenhof.
Die Wohnung ist in einem ehemaligen Bürogebäude, wo auch noch die kubanische Botschaft zwei Etagen nutzt. Deshalb gibt es wenig störende Nachbarn, falls es mal lauter wird. Die Wohnung besitzt zwei komplette Bäder, einmal mit Badewanne und einmal mit Dusche. Zusätzlich haben wir eine dritte, separate Toilette, die aber nicht genutzt wird in der Regel (Wer will das auch alles putzen? :D). Darüber hinaus haben wir eine große, gemeinsame Wohnküche, in dem eine Couch und ein Esstisch stehen. Die Küche verfügt über alle notwendigen Geräte (Spülmaschine, Kühlschrank, Gefrierschrank, Mikrowelle, Wasserkocher, etc.).
Im Flur sind noch ein großer Schrank den wir uns teilen, sowie gemeinsame Schuhfächer.
Hinzu kommen der Abstellraum im Keller und ein Fahrradverschlag.
Die Miete dafür beträgt 480€ inkl. Betriebskosten.
Enthalten sind dabei Strom, Heizung, W-LAN.
Die Kaution beträgt vier Monatsmieten.
Das Zimmer wird unmöbliert übergeben.

Hello,
we are looking for a new roommate for our 5-person shared apartment in the 7th district in Vienna.
The free room has about 13 m², is very bright and quiet through a large window facing the courtyard.
The apartment is in a former office building, where also the Cuban embassy still uses two floors. Therefore there are few disturbing neighbors if it gets louder. The apartment has two complete bathrooms, one with bathtub and one with shower. In addition, we have a third, separate toilet, but it is not usually used (who wants to clean it all? :D). Furthermore, we have a large, shared kitchen-living room, where there is a couch and a dining table. The kitchen has all the necessary appliances (dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, kettle, etc.).
In the hallway there is another large closet that we share, as well as common shoe lockers.
In addition, there is the storage room in the basement and a bicycle storage.
The rent for this is 480€ including operating costs.
Included are electricity, heating, W-LAN.
The deposit is four months rent.
The room will be handed over unfurnished.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in Mitten des 7. Bezirks, welcher unter Studenten beliebt ist, da der Weg zum Supermarkt, zum Restaurant oder zur Bar nie weit ist. Direkt auf der anderen Straßenseite findet man einen Billa, etwa 3 Minuten zu Fuß gibt es auch einen Hofer, sowie einen Spar. Volle Auswahlmöglichkeit. Zudem fährt direkt vor der Tür die 5er Straßenbahn, als auch der 48er Bus und zu Fuß ist man innerhalb von 5 Minuten bei der U6 (Thaliastraße oder Burggasse-Stadthalle). Direkt um die Ecke befindet sich auch ein kleiner Park mit Basketballplatz. Weiter ist die Stadthalle und das Einkaufzentrum Lugner City mit Kino, Post, Merkur, etc. innerhalb von 10 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen.
Das bunte, vielseitige Treiben der lebenswertesten Stadt Europas würde sich zukünftig direkt vor deiner Haustür abspielen und bietet dir jede Menge Abwechslung für Unternehmungen.

Wohnen wirst du mit:
- Sonja (19) aus der Ukraine. Sie studiert seit mehr als einem Jahr Kunstgeschichte und Publizistik. Ansonsten ist sie viel unterwegs - entweder beim Sport oder sie testet gerade ein neues Wiener Lokal aus.
-Moritz (23) aus Südtirol. Moritz studiert seit einem Semester an der WU und ist in Sachen Finanzen ein Experte. Ansonsten treibt er in seiner Freizeit viel Sport im Park und gelegentlich findet man ihn auch an der Bar mit einem kühlen Blonden.
- Anna (20) aus Niederösterreich. Durch ihren Nebenjob als Flugbegleiterin kommt sie ordentlich rum. Wenn sie mal eine ruhige Minute hat, sieht man sie oft in Cafes oder unternimmt was mit Freunden. Die nächsten Monate möchte sie mit ihrem Studium auf Lehramt (Geographie und Englisch vermutlich) beginnen.
- Deepa (20) kommt aus Norwegen und studiert Biologie. Sie ist eher ruhig und fällt in der WG kaum auf - sozusagen ein Ruhepol gegenüber dem sonstigen Trubel.
Meistens sind in der WG alle ziemlich mit Studium, Arbeit, etc. beschäftigt und jeder geht seinem eigenem Kram nach. Trotzdem ergibt sich hin und wieder ein nettes Gespräch in unserer großen Wohnküche. Natürlich ist uns auch wichtig, dass jeder in der WG einen Rückzugsort hat.

Most of the time, everyone in the flat-sharing community is quite busy with studies, work, etc. and everyone goes about their own business. Nevertheless, every now and then a nice conversation arises in our large kitchen. Of course, it is also important to us that everyone in the WG has a place of retreat.
