In unserer 4er WG in der wunderschönen Piaristengasse vermieten wir über Juli (genaue Zeiten und Preis sind flexibel) ein Zimmer (27 m2) für 500€ pro Monat.
Das Zimmer ist westlich ausgerichtet und hat daher Sonne am Nachmittag/Abend. Im Zimmer gibt es ein großes Bett, und eine chill area mit einer ausziehbaren Couch (also 4 Schlafmöglichkeiten).
Die Altbauwohnung ist ausgestattet mit einer schönen Küche, einem freundlichen Esszimmer, einem minikleinen Balkon (innenhofseitig), einem superfancy Badezimmer mit einer riesen Spiegelwand, getrennter Toilette und einem Flur. In der Wohnung befinden sich Geschirrspüler, Waschmaschine und andere nötige Küchengeräte.

In our 4-person shared apartment in the beautiful Piaristengasse we rent a room (27 m2) for 500€ per month over July (exact times and price are flexible).
The room is west oriented and therefore has sun in the afternoon/evening. In the room there is a big bed, and a chill area with a pull-out couch (so 4 sleeping possibilities).
The old building apartment is equipped with a nice kitchen, a friendly dining room, a mini small balcony (courtyard side), a superfancy bathroom with a huge mirror wall, separate toilet and a hallway. In the apartment there are dishwasher, washing machine and other necessary kitchen appliances.

Die Altbauwohnung befindet sich im 8. Bezirk, nahe dem 1. und dem 7. Bezirk und ist in weniger als 10 Minuten Gehweite zu Rathaus, Parlament, Neubaugasse und Museumsquartier. Super gute Anbindung zu den öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel U3, U2, U6, 13A (vor der Haustüre), 46, 48A. Im Umkreis befinden sich viele kleinere Geschäfte, suuuuper gute Restaurants und ausreichend Supermärkte, unter anderem ein Denns-Bioladen, kleine Greissler, Spar, Billa, Bipa, DM, Käserei, Bäckereien (Felzl - mmmh) etc. etc. etc.
Du bist also entweder zu Fuß oder auch mit dem Rad richtig schnell unterwegs und kannst jegliche Orte in Wien in kürzester Zeit erreichen. Auch den Donaukanal erreichst du mit dem Rad in 10 min. Westbahnstrecke ist quasi gleich nebenan und am Hauptbahnhof bist du in Lichtgeschwindigkeit mit dem 13A.

The apartment is located in the 8th district, close to the 1st and the 7th district and is less than 10 minutes walking distance to city hall, parliament, Neubaugasse and Museumsquartier. Super good connection to public transport U3, U2, U6, 13A (in front of the door), 46, 48A. In the vicinity are many smaller stores, suuuuper good restaurants and enough supermarkets, including a Denns organic food store, small Greissler, Spar, Billa, Bipa, DM, dairy, bakeries (Felzl - mmmh) etc. etc. etc..
So you are either on foot or by bike really fast and can reach any places in Vienna in no time. You can also reach the Danube Canal by bike in 10 min. Westbahnstrecke is virtually next door and at the main station you are in light speed with the 13A.
Wir sind weder eine Party noch eine Zweck WG, unter der Woche mögen wir's entspannt, am Wochenende ist vieles möglich. Zu einem Glas Wein sagen wir selten nein! Wir achten auf achtsamen, rücksichtsvollen Umgang miteinander und auf eine klare Kommunikation. Ein heimeliges Flair ist uns sehr wichtig.

We are neither a party nor a purpose WG, during the week we like it relaxed, on the weekend a lot is possible. We rarely say no to a glass of wine! We pay attention to mindful, considerate interaction with each other and clear communication. A homely flair is very important to us.
